The best holiday I have ever been on, hotel was absolutely stunning I wish we could have stayed longer, such a big place with so much to do and so much to see, staff so friendly and hotel was just simply stunning. cannot wait to return!

Absolutely amazing hotel that took me by surprise. Clean and neat, good food and great staff. Everyone working there was so helpful and willing to everything for the guests. Easy to take a bus from the hotel to the central of the town. Definitely coming back!

We only stayed 3 nights after a cruise and to honest I was a little disappointed. It's a lovely hotel with amazing views from the restaurant and pool areas. It's positioned on a hill so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the place for you. The entertainment on an evening was poor, interactive quiz which required people shouting out the answers and everyone who answered got a point....so everyone got points. Also the entertainment was outside with all the mosquitos. Food was hit and miss, overcooked pork so it was dry. They had a pasta station but that meant a pot of spaghetti and a choice of Bolognese or Napoleon sauce. No-one to cook for you or add meat. Desserts were nice. We didn't eat in the other two restaurants so can't comment on them. Drinks were OK, but you had to buy bottles of water...although you got one free in your fridge in the room. We requested a late check out but they wanted €85, which I thought was expensive, so we didn't bother but they did have a room where you could freshen up. Rooms are nice, spacious and again we had a lovely view. Overall this hotel wasn't for me but its a perfectly nice hotel with no major problems.

Best hospitality, amazing crew, 2 pools, 5 bars, 3 restaurants and 2 snack bars, Greek hospitality on its finest. Many thanx to all hotel crew and management that make my resident once of a lifetime experience. See you next year guys.!!!!!!

Everything was absolutely superb. Staff were all amazing, food top notch, Great evening entertainment. They made my birthday celebration so special, I felt like a queen. Rooms were cleaned everyday, with change of bedding. The whole group of 26 ladies was well looked after. I would recommend to anyone.

Well when we arrived it was wow look at the views from the hotel. We was staying in the new building in the main hotel room 49. The room was lovely but if you want piece & quite you have to keep the patio doors shut , but you still had noise but not as much with doors open,as from 6.30am you had coaches turning up honking there horns & just leaving there engine running all the time . And also if you wanted a early night you could hear all the entertainment as well. And when we sat on our balcony I could hear water running all the time this I found out was from the pool upstairs. The noise personally we didnt mind but Im saying these things I case people want a quiter spot in the hotel. Bed was lovely , we had a nice bottle of wine in our room , very nice touch, we sat on balcony having a nice drink. Breakfast was ok food not hot was luke warm , the chef does a nice omelet, plenty of choice. Ok now for the food in main resturant, you had plenty to choose from, at dinner time, my only problem was it was warm & not hot at all. I did tell our rep & then we came bk to our room & found a note saying sorry about food with a bottle of wine , which was a nice touch as we thought our rep would do nothing about it. Oh the pudding was the best part, I do have a sweet tooth lol. The lagoon bar at the top does nice rolls, where we sat some lunch times with a beer. In my opion the best place for lunch was at the beach , the salads where nice as was the pizza all freshly cooked there & you could also have pasta. Crepes also good . We got the bus into corfu town on bus cost 2.50 euro from hotel 2 euro each. about 20 - 30 mins ride in depending on traffic. The only problem is if you get there 1st & then about 15 more people arrive it is a free for all to get on the bus you had to stand your ground , we found a few people very rude by just pushing in. And 2 people got left behind as bus was full. Corfu town is a must to visit I loved it there. Once again we went to corfu town by bus & got a taxi bk that cost us 30 euros which i found a good price. We went to Benitses for the afternoon that was 2 euro each on the bus. Lovely place not much to do there , a few resturants and a nice little walk around. would i go bk to this hotel i have asked myself a few times & yes I would as I know what to expect. My husband says he would go bk but on a b&b basis unless the food got better.

Everything we expected and more! The staff were friendly and helpful; the food was excellent; the resort was incredibly clean; amazing facilities. The all-inclusive package was well worth the money! Unlimited aperol? Yes please! We stayed on the first day of the season and every member of staff made us feel welcome - even with a lot going on, nothing was too much trouble! The location was perfect - 20 mins from the airport so a quick and easy transfer. A 30 min bus to the Old Town was a lovely excursion and the hotel sorted our bus tickets too. Plus, the Achillion Palace was a 20-30 min walk from the top of the resort - ideal! The exclusive beach was beautiful and calm. It felt like a luxury holiday, without the silly price tag. We’ve already recommended the resort to our friends and family - we hope to be back soon!

Our second visited to Corfu. A lovely place to stay. Not ideal if you have mobility issues but after saying that they helped me in every way they could finding.me easy to reach table. Offering me lifts back to my room. Nothing was too much. Food was great. As others have said a boat trip is a must. Corfu town is just a bus ride away best to get your tickets before travelling on them.

We have just returned from 7 nights at this hotel. Both my partner and I thought that our stay was very good for a 4* offering. We stayed in the top row of bungalows just up from the pool. The room was spacious & clean, air con good, free safe use & a good size bath. Only downside it that due to your card having to be inserted for the rooms electric the fridge switched off when outside the room which wasn’t ideal. Hair dryer provided was useless so bring your own. Rooms were serviced daily to a good standard. Pools were clean and tidy albeit a bit cold! Beach an added bonus, cups cleared quickly from loungers, quiet and relaxing. It was lovely to have a range of bars to choose from and really enjoyed the bar up by the top pool before heading down to dinner. Unfortunately the older lady and gent working on the bar at the main building were uninviting, did not seem to want to be working and quiet rude! Other than this all other staff were attentive and pleasant. Main restaurant was fabulous with a great range of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner, certainly something for everyone. Coffee at breakfast was not great, this needs looking in to. The 2 al a carte restaurants were of good standard and was lovely to have these evening break up our meals at the buffet. I did find that at both al a carte restaurants the water served had an odd smell and opted to pay for bottled water instead. I would suggest purchasing packs of 6 large bottles of water from the shop over the road at €3 rather than €2 a bottle at the bars throughout the day. The option to have a towel card (with a deposit of €10) which could be swapped in for a clean towel or card at each bar was fabulous. Would be handy if there was somewhere to do this before 10am however. Misquotes are living there best life here & I highly advise purchasing some repellent before you arrive.
