Buona l'ubicazione con comodo parcheggio. Camere e locali comuni puliti. Buoni i servizi e la cucina. Ci tornerei

Struttura moderna e accogliente, a pochi minuti dalle QC terme Dolomiti e direttamente collegata alla ciclopedonale della Val di Fassa. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Personale giovane e competente. Suite dotata di molti comfort e senza inutili fronzoli, con bellissima vista quasi a 360 gradi sullo splendido panorama delle Dolomiti. Colazione ottima e varia, con prodotti a buffet e alla carta. Cena ottima con piatti gourmet e vasta scelta di vini. Spazi comuni ampi e accoglienti e spa deliziosa, dotata di parte interna ed esterna.

Hotel tranquillo e comodissimo agli impianti d risalita. Situato in una bellissima cornice ai piedi delle Dolomiti. Stanze super pulite, spaziose e luminose. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. Il Ristorante propone menù alla carta o offerte di menù del giorno speciali e molto curati. Colazioni ricche e variegate. L’interno dispone di salotti per la lettura e il relax molto accoglienti, arredamenti moderni, ma al contempo caminetto e legno che creano atmosfera di baita. Il Sig Alberto della reception è davvero gentile e disponibile. Tutto lo staff attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Tutto bellissimo, ci ritorneremo d’estate.

Splendido hotel situato in una posizione molto comoda sia al centro che agli impianti sciistici con meravigliosa vista sulle Dolomiti. Camere moderne e pulite, dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale sia alla reception che in sala è veramente gentile e disponibile. Cucina ottima con vasta scelta di piatti, tutto molto curato e ben presentato. Lo consiglio vivamente! Se avrò occasione di tornare in Val di Fassa sicuramente tornerò all'X-Alp hotel! Grazie 🫶

Ottima posizione, fuori dal rumore ma vicinissimo a tutto Personale molto gentile e premuroso Ottimi servizi per sciatori, sconti affitto sci, armadietto in hotel, navetta per le piste dalle 8.30 Per chi non scia, si affaccia sul sentiero fluviale e a un passo ferma il bus che ti porta dove vuoi SPA interna ed esterna in giardino e in terrazza, coccole molto gradite non potendo oggi sciare. Ristorante eccellente

Fabulous hotel, super clean great breakfast and everyone is so nice. Rooms are good, excellent shower ! Wine list is really good as is dinner great situation too. Beds were super comfy as well. Everyone spoke English so no worries there Will be back again !

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the XAlp!! The staff were the friendliest and most helpful! The front desk staff were welcoming and did everything with a smile! Luca and Roberto in the bar and dining room were excellent! They gave us suggestions to help with cocktails, wine and meal choices which made our dining perfect! The chef surprised us with he quality and innovation in his dishes, we thought his meals were possibly the best of our two weeks in Italy! The hotel itself was very clean , modern but warm in design. Location… stunning! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!

This was a delightful property. Very nice for the price. I hesitated to write an unfavorable review, but, unfortunately, we had an issue with them charging us twice for our stay, and have been unable to get it resolved. They would not give us a credit card refund at checkout, the time of the second charge. They suggested an international bank transfer. Dispite initial misinformation on my part, they have had the correct transfer code for the last 2 months. I would like to think this problem is due to both a language barrier and confusion over international bank transfer info, rather than bad faith. However, 2 months is too long to wait for this hotel to remedy their billing error. I will be happy to revise my review once we get our money returned.
