하얏트 플레이스 펜사콜라 에어포트(Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport)

The best feature is the proximity to the airport itself. It literally took about two minutes fior the hotel's free shuttle to get to the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are reasonably priced especially in the current economy, clean and amply supplied with incidentals. There's a 24 hour restaurant and bar on the premises and Starbuck's coffee is available there.

First night the door key would not work so we had to go back down and get another one made. We specifically asked for housekeeping each day and we didn’t get it the first day. We had to ask again and we got it the next day. The room did not have anything to drink from except one coffee cup. The room was dark. Not enough lighting. Wallpaper coming off everywhere, bathroom door seal falling off, rooms need to be updated. Tile shower was not clean. Customer service checking out was poor.

It was dirty, didn’t have enough towels always were unavailable. People were complaining about stolen personal items. AC / heater was so loud couldn’t sleep

We love this hotel. It has gone through an upgrade The only issue we have is the noisy AC/HEAT system.

The property was okay. Never heard the planes taking off or landing. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6:00-10:00 each day. However, by 9:40 they had picked up all of the food and beverages. The male employee told my son to hurry up and decide what he wanted with what still remained out because he was cleaning up. It is important to note that my son has special needs and takes longer to process. A manager also yelled at an employee in front of me, which I found to be inappropriate for not cleaning the barista machine. The employee tried to explain that she had never touched the machine and did not know how to do what was being asked but the woman continued to berate her in front of me. The upper level employee was clearly lacking in leadership skills. Finally, I was charged 3x for my reservation at check-in. This was corrected at check-out but I had to bring it to their attention. Most all of the staff, with the exception of the few employees mentioned above, were friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean, the bathroom was still damp (shower rug) and the thermostat was not working so the room was too hot to sleep well. Very disappointing

Perfect location for an early am flight. No frills but comfortable and great service!

I love that you can leave your car at the hotel if you stay here before you fly out. It is cheaper and the walk is the same as if you parked in the overflow parking for the air port. Will stay here from now on if we are fly out early.

Property was close to the airport and shopping. It was clean and well managed.
