I love it here. It's Quiet, super safe, super clean, great location (within walking distance to a gas station, a few eateries and bars nearby) and very Affordable...Not to mention the Amazing staff! From the Front desk crew, from Mitch, to Victoria to Christina, to the Housekeepers Maura, to Ken and the young man with the glasses and the young lady with the dreads, to the GM Brittany, I seriously mean it, that Everyone who works for this property, is TOP TIER! I feel so at home and I stay here often for that reason! I love it here!

I did not like the fact when I made the reservation online it included breakfast, but when I got there I was advised it was not true for that location. Also, one of the bed sheets had stains. Definately could be better. The staff was very nice.

GM and staff are nice. My bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were thin and old. For $55.00 a night what more can one expect.(?)

I will NEVER stay here again. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, that is the ONLY good thing I can say about this place. There was no toilet paper in the room when I got there, bugs crawling around in the room, there was still old soap crusted up in the soap holder in the shower, the rooms and hall smelled awful, and the mattress was completely sunken in on the right side. SAVE YOUR MONEY

The guy working the counter was so gorgeous. I could look at him any day

The place smelled bad and elevator was broken and I don’t know if they have a flood as some rooms had vacuums or fans going with plastic wrap around doors which smelled of mildew

Didn’t find out until I got to the property that the elevators were broken, a lot of people hanging outside of hotel. I had little girls with me and I felt very uncomfortable to have them there desk clerk gave me no problem cancelling reservation

Elevator not working had to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor I’m disabled I would like a refund I hurt myself walking the stairs this is something I should have known before check in I’ve been disabled for 14 years and I specifically picked this room because it has a elevator

Property is acceptable! ORBITZ was awful!! Half of reservation was unfunded by ORBITZ. Hotel would not allow check-in until ORBITZ funded the hotel. I was required to call ORBITZ, wait, wait, talk to off conus customer service (awful) waited for customer service to find reservation, then waited again to hear back from customer service. 35 minute check-in, UNACCEPTABLE!
