베델 로자나 과타페(Bethel Lozana Guatape)

What a wonderful place! The design of the hotel is something you've never seen before and the location is hidden nicely deep into the lake of Guatape, meaning you can relax very well here. The beds, sauna and jacuzzi all with view are so nice too, my stay honestly was a little too short really. The food is awesome and they have a fair few great alcoholic beverages too ;) The staff is very kind and the owners are very involved too in giving you the best tips and such. 10/10 would recommend for a nice getaway!

Stayed at this hotel a while ago now but still can’t stop thinking about it! Can’t wait for my next visit 🤩 ! The surrounding scenery, the rooms, the food, the bar. Everything was just awesome! Extremely attentive staff that were just genuinely nice people! 10/10 highly recommend.

My recent lunch experience at Bethel Lozana left an indelible impression on me. The staff at Bethel Lozana were not just attentive, but genuinely kind and accommodating. Their warm demeanor added an extra layer of comfort to the dining experience. Dining at restaurant was a culinary journey that exceeded all expectations. The dishes were not only beautifully presented but also an exquisite fusion of flavors. The use of fresh, local ingredients was evident in every bite. I Had the Lozana Burger- Would recommend!! I couldn't help but regret not discovering this gem earlier. The entire experience left me yearning to return, and I've already made up my mind that my next trip to Colombia will include a stay at Bethel Lozana. If the lunch alone was this remarkable, I can only imagine the wonders that a longer stay would hold.

Our stay was great. The hotel is right on the lake with a great view. The food was awesome. Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna. We did not use the kayak, jet ski, horseback riding or boat rides but can say they were available for guests

Siempre que vuelvo a Colombia, me gusta explorar nuevos lugares. Esta vez no me equivoqué, el lugar es mágico, la vista a la represa te llena de tranquilidad, el concepto es brutal. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio muy especial, desde que llegamos y nos recogieron, vimos su esfuerzo en cuidar cada detalle para que la experiencia fuera inolvidable. Además, tienen varias actividades dentro del hotel, nosotros tomamos el plan de cabalgata y estuvo genial. Las habitaciones son bellísimas y tienes mucha privacidad, esto era lo que buscábamos.

Un lugar con un alto estándar de diseño en sus cabañas, pero un estándar medio bajo en servicio. El desayuno es bastante básico para un lugar de este perfil, no te brindan chalecos para los desplazamientos en lancha y las actividades acuáticas (lo cual es un requisito mínimo de seguridad) y el servicio de restaurante es muy costoso para la calidad de los platos que ofrecen. Es una pena que no armonicen la belleza del lugar con la experiencia de servicio.

Excelente lugar para descansar y para pasarla bien con tu pareja o amigos. La comida es muy rica y el bar ofrece cocteles de muchas variedades. Ademas tienen senderos ecologicos donde se puede observar la fauna y flora local.

Un lugar mágico e inolvidable, donde te puedes recargar de energía con un ambiente totalmente diferente, lleno de naturaleza y majestuosidad en sus vistas, una comida exquisita y el personal demasiado amable y atento.
