The hotel Golden Crest deceives people saying it is newly renovated. The ceiling is damp and broken (photo attached). Moreover they have not provided even basic amenities like towel, toiletries etc. The customer service is also not helpful. Overall an experience nobody would like to have.

One of the best hotels with prime location & premium amenities. Mr. Manish has made this trip memorable & hasslefree right from the day I booked this hotel ,excellent staff with Vikas leading the group with management & services . I wish to come back & meet these Amazing guys .Thanks a lot for the help & support .

The property has a great location and offers breathtaking views. The staff is polite and helpful, making guests feel at home. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds. It is a decent budget property with good amenities and safety measures.

The hospitality at the property was excellent. The best part was accessibility till mall road, cabs are easily available from the property. The view from the room was perfect and even the linens, aesthetics were 11/10! Must visit when in Gangtoj

We had booking for six rooms on 1st June 2024 in this beautiful valley view hotel. We arrived late night due to landslides in Lachung, but we didn't face any problem in our check-in process. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. We enjoyed our breakfast there. Hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Overall our stay was comfortable. We love to stay in this hotel on our next visit.

The service provided was very good and hospitality is nice.Rooms was very spacious n neatly maintained.Overall the hotels is good .Vikas Kumar Singh receptionist provided with good service and tried to give us the best quality and nice..

This hotel is excellent and specially having front office staff Vishal Kumar is very sover and providing best service ever,Room and washroom is very neet & clean and breakfast and food is too good and testy. I feel best in this tour and recommend

The hotel is a definitely go to place...... Staff here are very polite and cooperative.... Mr Bikash in the reception was very helpful.... Food here was excellent....best in Gangtok...even the complimentary breakfast was amazing.......

Stayed at Golden crest for 2 days during May2024 with family, it was a great experience.. all our request were fulfilled with delight.. The Hotel staffs were kind and service was quick... Food was awesome, had a great chat with Restaurant manager Ujwall.. Reservation was ease with Manish.. Over all a memorable stay. Value for Money. Made a direct booking.
