It was very nice. Good Service, Food, best Hotel for us. Clean and very nice. The Pool are big enough to swim. Every Day you have at the Night it give very good and nice Shows. Singers , Akrobatik and Other Shows. The Beach and Boulevar are in the Near. Good to Shopping and Swimming.

The Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of paguera 5 min walk to the beech, the hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. I did email the hotel before we went to find out if they do gluten free and it was our 45 wedding anniversary and they did return saying congratulations on your Anniversary and there would be a nice surprise in our room well we didn’t get any surprise in the room which is not a problem. The problem was in the restaurant with a lack of gluten free most 4 star hotels they have a section in the morning for gluten free people unfortunately this hotel will only offer you a small roll and a couple of small cakes. And in the evening nothing is marked to say wether it contains gluten or not which is not good also the system they have in place cause’s mayhem they have arrows on the floor but as the hotel is mostly Germans and we all know Germans don’t like queuing it’s a nightmare. This hotel could be a lot better with a few changes there is not enough sun beds I counted around 100 when the hotel is full there could be in excess of 300+ fighting for the beds. Paguera its self is very nice although again is is mostly German most of the cafes and restaurants are catered for Germans. Getting around on the buses is easy make sure you pay by card as a lot cheaper if there is two of you you swipe twice on the way in and twice on the way out. Would I go there again be cause there are so many Germans. Probably no .

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Very pleased. nothing was ever a problem they always smiled and they were always friendly. The clean reception of the restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this, for a very quiet holiday. I recommend it thoroughly.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff that had good English skills, rooms were clean bright and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with external seating if required. The pool was clean and very refreshing as not heated. The Bar and night time entertainment were well managed and worth attending.

Not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Kettle supplied but no tea or coffee unless you pay extra. No British tv channels available. Hotel and resort geared towards German tourists. No British style bars or entertainment. Definitely won’t return to the resort or recommend it.

I have given this hotel five stars for several reasons. The main reasons are that it is conveniently situated for the shops, beaches and local amenities, and was spotlessly clean with friendly and welcoming staff. The food and facilities were excellent and evening entertainment was available most nights. When we arrived at the hotel, it became apparent that there were predominantly more German guests staying there. We had read the reviews about the hotel prior to travelling, this fact had been mentioned, so we were not surprised to find this. I have to say, we always felt comfortable and found the majority of people very friendly. We noticed halfway through the way the week that more English people had arrived. On reflection, I would happily return to this hotel, and there are not many hotels I can say this about.

We are here every year to play tennis in the nearby tennis academy. Every time the stay was to our full satisfaction. In particular kindness and professionalism of the staff, cleanness and location of the Hotel. Even the standard rooms which we booked this year where to our full satifaction

The best receptionists are Anita Varga, Rafael Martos and Jasmin Aschemeyer!!! I arrived on april 7 because it was my birthday. Plus they helped me with small issues and much bigger ones such as helping me with rental car. The hotel also has a great view if you have one overlooking the ocean.

A bit disappointed the hotel was from the 1960s? it was clean and tidy but it lacked the the nice touches of its sister hotel on Menorca, The TV had loads of channels but most were in German as was "Netflix" we asked at reception and they managed to find 3 English Channels, BBC News BBC NI and CBBC. Room was adequate it had a kettle but no tea or coffee, the fridge would be best described as an empty "Mini Bar" Bathroom was fine and the shower was brilliant couldn't fault it. Breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular, you could choose your own table , whereas you were allocated one which you had to use for your evening meal . The whole experience was spoiled by the hotel being packed with Germans, it seems the whole resort is geared towards them. There is a nice Italian Styled restaurant at the end of the street and a smaller but better one "Vivo" situated in the wooded area behind the beach. Rated at 4* by Jet2 but in our book 3* at best
