로열 가든 비치 호텔 - 올 인클루시브 후기

1년 전에 예약한 더블룸은 어떤 상황에서도 5성급 같지 않았습니다. 매우 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 이렇게 열악한 조건을 발견하게 되어 매우 예상치 못했고, 온라인에서 가짜 광고를 보았습니다. 5년 전에 알라냐에 5성급 호텔에 묵었는데, 이 호텔은 기준에 맞지 않는다는 것을 확신할 수 있습니다. 호텔이나 여행사 중 누구의 잘못인지는 모르겠지만, 고객을 그렇게 속이지 마세요. 정말 전문적이지 않습니다.

훌륭한 호텔입니다. 음식은 훌륭했고, 제가 어느 호텔에서 먹었던 음식 중 최고였습니다. 웨이터인 Talat에게 특별히 언급하고 싶습니다. 그는 가장 친절하고 성실하고 사랑스러운 사람이었습니다. Peter와 Terry가 그에게 감사를 표합니다. 훌륭한 호텔 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 확실히 다시 방문할 것입니다.

일주일 동안 여기서 지냈는데 정말 훌륭했습니다. 음식이 정말 맛있었고 선택할 게 많았습니다. 저는 오후 7시에 가는 것이 좋다고 조언하고 싶습니다. 좀 바쁠 수 있고 가끔은 테이블을 구하는 데 어려움을 겪을 수 있기 때문입니다. 더위 때문에 야외에서 식사하는 것은 편안하지 않았습니다. 제공되는 맥주와 주류는 좋았고 서비스는 매우 빠르며, 바 뒤에 있는 Mehmet과 Mehmet B는 특히 좋았습니다!! 수영장과 워터 슬라이드가 훌륭했고, 아이들은 좋아했습니다. 하고 싶은 것이 있다면 낮 동안 많은 엔터테인먼트가 진행됩니다. 밤에는 엔터테인먼트가 좋았습니다. 춤추거나 노래하는 쇼가 있었고 아이들은 미니 디스코를 좋아했습니다. 밤에는 호텔 야외에 클럽/디스코가 있어서 몇 번 갔습니다. 어느 날 밤에는 거품 파티를 했는데 제 11살 아이가 정말 좋아했습니다!! 해변은 호텔에 붙어 있고 바위가 많고 파도가 있지만 내려가서 방문하기에는 여전히 재미있었습니다. 비치 바에서는 오후에 음식을 제공하고 피자는 훌륭했습니다. 엔터테인먼트 직원도 훌륭했고, 매우 수다스럽고 환영하는 기분을 느끼게 했습니다. 공항에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 택시로 2시간 걸립니다. 공항에서 개인 교통편을 추천하는데, 버스를 타면 끔찍할 것 같습니다. 도보로 몇 분 거리에 시장이 있고, 아이들이 호텔에서 먹는 것에 질리면 근처에 맥도날드가 있습니다! 객실은 잘 관리되고 있으며 매일 냉장고에 청량 음료가 채워집니다. 일부 사람들이 여기에 올린 나쁜 리뷰는 듣지 마세요. 사람들은 가장 어리석은 것에 대해 불평합니다. 저는 이 호텔에 대해 전혀 비난할 수 없습니다. 아마도 말할 수 있는 긍정적인 것들을 훨씬 더 많이 놓쳤을 테지만 정말 놀라운 휴가였습니다.

가족과 함께 멋진 시간을 보냈고, 훌륭한 호텔에서 보냈어요. 나쁜 리뷰는 신경 쓰지 마세요. 전혀 사실이 아니에요. 음식은 훌륭하고, 선택할 수 있는 것이 많고, 다양한 레스토랑이 있고, 애니메이션 팀은 훌륭하고, 미니 클럽은 아이들이 좋아했고, 액티비티도 좋았어요. 워터 슬라이드와 수영장은 훌륭했고, 해변도 좋았어요. 게스트 관계 담당 직원인 제인과 이본에게 큰 박수를 보냅니다. 매우 친절하고, 도움이 되었고, 재밌었고, 리셉션도 좋았어요. 객실은 좋았고 매일 청소했고, 작은 수건은 사랑스러운 하인이 선물로 줬어요. 훌륭했어요. 휴가를 즐겁게 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다. 내년에 다시 올게요 xx

Hotel, facilities and cleanliness excellent Staff friendly helpful and all very happy Food was poor, I am not a fussy eater and when abroad eat local food all the time but the standard of the offering was poor, luke warm, repetitive and all tasted the same I think the chef was given a tub of seasoning for Christmas. Fish grilled to within an inch of its life making it dry and difficult to get off the bone, raw meat on several occasions especially the kebabs and koftas, soups for breakfast also steamed broccoli and cauliflower left from night before never seen this anywhere not even turkey when we have been before, understand using what's left from previous night Loved the hotel food fell well short I will not return due to this which is a shame

Good food, clean pools, but the room was in the old building and not very happy about the old smell. The cleaning was daily, but superficial done. The stuff was very nice, always trying to help, with a smile on their face. Cocteils not great, but the ice cream -best I ever had.

We stayed at this hotel with our family for a holiday week. Overall, the experience was positive, but there were a couple of shortcomings worth mentioning. If your accommodation happens to be in the hotel’s B-building, be aware that the sound of disco music carries on until around midnight. This can be quite disruptive, especially for families with young children trying to sleep. Another issue we encountered was with the drinks served at most of the hotel’s bars. The cocktails were far too diluted, to the point of being completely ruined. In a five-star hotel, one would expect to get what they order without it being watered down to oblivion. On the bright side, the food was excellent—plentiful, diverse, and of great quality. Hopefully, the hotel can address these minor negative points to make the experience truly flawless.

We stayed in the building across the road, room 1565. When I booked I requested a quiet room but this was not. There was an 'open air' club called 'Club Summer Garden' a few roads down. I found it difficult to sleep. Also at 3.30pm every night, when they were about to close, the music suddenly became louder and the music even made it into my dreams. We should have moved rooms but the kids and my other half were not as bothered as I was, and they were settled. At 4am one morning I woke up to a really loud continuous sound. The windows were vibrating. I went on the balcony to see what was happening and the balcony was vibrating. I called reception to complain and soon after all the electrics were turned off and started back up again and the sound went. It must have been an air conditioning unit or a generator. I did not receive a phone call back or apologies from management. The only good thing regarding noise was that we didn't hear anything from the rooms either side of us. Sleep issues aside, if we had a room in the main building (further from the club), we would come back again. The food (buffet dinner, lunch (burgers from the pool bar or fresh wood fired pizza near the beach,) breakfast, and al a carte) and entertainment were good. The kids were happy (age 5 and 8), they loved the slides, all 7 of them. The 5yr old liked the kids club. We enjoyed the beach and evening entertainment. Our favourite night was a live band, the kids favourite night was a foam party. We took a private transfer to and from the airport which made it more pleasant. We appreciated the daily re-stocked mini-bar, which really was a treat.

The royal garden On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our rooms promptly. Everything was sparkling clean. The hotel was perfect We got up early the next morning to adventure out. Breakfast is great there is something for everybody there. The staff at breakfast clean Down the tables as soon as you finish your plates just to keep the flow of people going which we didn’t mind. All the bars on site and there are a few are well staffed with well mannered and very polite bar persons If you need any information about anything there is a lady on guest relations in the lobby in the morning called Jane. She is superb if she doesn’t know she will find out for you Just off the main reception area is a bar called Angels bar. Wow it is a sight to see beautiful we thought that was the jewel in the crown for the hotel. How wrong we were. The actual jewel the hotel has is the staff each and everyone were excellent WE have to say the animation staff are the best we have come across anywhere they put so much work into making your holiday special thanks to Azat Ezra Simon and Hans . For making us welcome and part of your family for a few weeks. The food is great whichever restaurant you feel like trying If you like pizza we recommend going to the wave bar on the beach they are freshly made for you to order. Wayne keelie and the boys.

We spent an amazing 7 days at Royal garden beach hotel. Check in was quick and easy and the young boy who took our laguage was absolutely amazing. Friendly atmosphere, clean area and superb room. Food was a bit repetitive but we always found something to eat. Our room was cleaned daily, we always had fresh towels,thank you so much for the cleaning lady. All staff worked so hard to please the customers. There was no problem to find a sunbed by the pool (no need to get up early). We would definitely recommend the hotel and I'm hoping to return next year.

There are open buffet and à la carte restaurants and snack areas with the most delicious meals I have ever eaten. We will come back next year.We would like to thank the food and beverage staff and chefs.There are areas where you can find food 24 hours a day. Despite working very hard, they are able to get the job done on time.

3 star maybe 4 star at best Lots to improve on to bring it up to 5* Issues with our room, air con leaked over night flooding living area & soaking the single sofa bed. Shower door fell off on day 6. Shower wouldn't drain on day 8, took multiple calls to reception & a technic to come out twice to sort was blocked again by the last day. Had to call reception for replenishment of loo roll & water a few times as wasn't replenished daily. Cleaners don't remove cups from your room which I would expect for a 5* considering it is the start of the busy holiday season I'd expect rooms to be perfect. Tiles walking down to the kids pools we're broken & sharp. They bodged it one morning & by midday the replacement tile was shattered and worse than before. Lifeguards all sat in one area & not monitoring all pools. The one child's pool was deadly slippy! My son fell twice in here so we ended up avoiding it. Toilets by the kids pools were a mess. Often no toilet roll, and left in a disgusting state. They needed someone cleaning & replenishing these toilets constantly. On day 4 we all had tummy upsets that lasted 3 days. Put off the food as others we talked to we're experiencing the same tummy issues. The food in the buffet restaurant was samey samey. Italian night was dyer. Ants on the side between the fruit juice dispensers and the coffee machines daily. Nobody cared when I told a member of staff. The best part of our stay was the water slides which our son loved and the pizza at the snack bar by the beach! This is not 5*. Its 4 at best but honestly I'd rate it 3 based on our experience. It could easily be 5 star but needs improvement in all areas.

The hotel is fantastic and staff are very helpful. However the guest services staff went above & beyond for us and are a credit to the hotel. Find the wave bar for pizzas and nicer snacks as a few other guests didn't find it until the end of their holiday. Would definitely return!!
