The service at this place was exceptional, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The room was super clean! Make sure you get Room 14 has a great outdoor space too. Lovely food and ambience!

I stayed at Bardari Palace in March 2024 on a personal visit. The property is a palace of the erstwhile princely state of Patiala. The property is located in the center of the city and is walking distace to Kali Temple (one of the famous landmark). Other places to explore too are well within comfortable distance from this property. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and have a homely (in a good way) feel to them. Staff is nice and courteous, prompt and well groomed. Rohit at the Front desk and Junaid at the restaurant were kind enough to accomodate our multiple requests happily and I am thankful to them for their assistance. It's the best place to stay in the city.

As said, it's a Non-Hotel Hotel. It's true, you feel just like home, but this home is a Palace. Not like other hotels with lots of happening going around. Great view, fully aesthetic. Calm & quiet. Right from the entrance, you get a ROYAL feeling. Rooms are great 👍🏻.

The staff were beyond helpful - anticipating our needs. Rohit in reception is a star - helping us even after we left. The building is fabulous and the town an undiscovered by tourism gem. Thank you for making ourfirst days so memorable- the god was also very good.

A heritage hotel and a little oasis of calm and serenity in hectic Patiala. Our room was beautiful and well appointed and the food delicious but it is the people who really make the Baradari Palace special. From the moment we arrived to leaving, everyone was courteous, helpful and attentive whether it was bringing an extra radiator to the room, to making not one but two birthday cakes for our joint birthday celebrations or helping us book onward transport - they really went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough and thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful high ceilings. Great restoration of a historic building. Tasty food, courteous staff, artistic decor, quiet locale - highly recommended, massive bathrooms and great grounds and a bar too - what is not too like. Hope it continues unchanged.

I travelled to Patiala and stayed at Neemrana. It was a wonderful stay and the staff went out of their way to make it comfortable for me. I had special dietary requirements and was very apprehensive about my needs being met. To my good fortune not only was my room upgraded but also the chef and the team including members like Mohit and Rohit the general ***ager were outstanding in their support and I left very satisfied. I am happy to strongly recommend this property to individuals and families for looking for a place to stay in Patiala.
