Cleaning and restaurant staff are excellent. Specially Mukesh from the cleaning staff. Front desk operative are always helpful for the services. Some improvement required in restaurant food ordering but it is so obvious of delay in food preparing as this is the best dinning option in Pathankot.. people love to gather here for celebration 🎉.

Wow - what a great experience ! Outstanding service. Each staff member - Ravinder, Raghav - were so pleasant and eager to support. Room and ambience were at 5 star level. Food was delicious -- fish Tikka were excellent ! Would love to come back for a slightly longer stay.

Best hotel in the city, the services of the restaurant & roof top bar is very good, also the room was very neat and clean with good ambiance, the staf of this hotel is also very good and cooperative. Specially the housekeeping team very well trained in their work and cleaning work.

All over a good hotel, food and drinks are good. Nice rooftop bar. Only thing I miss I a gym. Rooms are comfortable and coffee and tee is complimentary. Minibar gets filled up every day and rooms are very clean.
