예약 과정이 매우 복잡했습니다. 주소나 호텔 정보도 없었습니다. 휴대폰 번호로는 답변이 없었고, 문자 메시지와 현지 직원을 통해서만 연락이 닿았습니다. 예약 및 처리 과정이 매우 미흡했습니다. 처음 방문하는 여행객에게는 권장하지 않습니다. 매우 스트레스가 될 수 있습니다. 결국, 이 문제는 제가 이전에 예약했던 벨몬트 호텔에서 발생했는데, 이 호텔은 훌륭하고 위치도 좋았습니다. 칫솔과 치약 같은 편의 시설이 제공되지 않았습니다. 좀 더 시의적절하고 투명하게 처리해 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다.

숙박 기간 동안 객실 청소를 단 한 번만 해주는 게 이상해요. 추가 청소 비용은 1회당 350페소예요. 그들은 호텔이 아니라 에어비앤비라고 했는데, 저는 호텔에 묵는 거예요.

The exact name and location of the hotel were discovered only after payment was made, resembling a blind box experience. The hotel was situated nearest to Terminal 3, which made it convenient for a short transit night. The staff were found to be nice and helpful. However, significant refurbishment was needed for the property. The bedroom was considered okay, but a musty smell was present throughout the building. In the bathroom, poor drainage caused water to overflow, and the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were unlabeled, making it hard to identify the products. Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short layover, but improvements were certainly needed for longer visits.
