We were disappointed with several aspects of our visit. The hotel is currently undergoing some construction, which limited breakfast options and contributed to a less relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathrooms were poorly stocked with essentials like soap, requiring us to call for basic supplies. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid, leading to a less than satisfactory stay.

Property was nice, the front desk associate Elisa was very helpful. However it was difficult to get a good nights sleep because the walls are so thin.

I was having high hopes since it’s so close to my job that I travel 2 hours to get to but it really needs some work which it looked like they were trying to do but the room needs a complete overhaul and the heater if your trying to sleep forget it cause it sounds like a tornado going on in the room!

Out of my stay they never clean the room, or change towels. day one they try to enter at 7 am as there was the lock they could not enter and did not come back to clean. Day 2 no one came into the room. The room had curtains with blood stain both of them and sticky kitchen floor. Light from the aspirator could not be turned off and the shower curtains have a big hole. Night one also the fire alarm went on as some guest was cooking a meal and the smell of the burned meat persisted for the full night

I have stayed in many Sonesta hotels and this is by far the worst one. The pictures on their website are misleading as the hotel rooms are old and run down. There were 2 towels for 5 people and no soap. The phone was not working in the room (just to list some examples). The person at the reception said they don’t have anyone to bring the missing towels. I asked for soap and I was told they don’t have any left. If you want to pay to stay in this hotel don’t forget to bring your own towels and soap!
