It provided easy access to the highway. What was offered as a breakfast fell short of being a breakfast. The room fixtures were dated and the beds were not comfortable. We would not recommendvit to our friends or family.

The manager and his team were pleasant and l enjoyed talking with them. The place was appropriate for the price and was what I needed. More maintenance could be done to increase the value of the property and the guest's stay (eg. Fix the faucet).

Advertised as quiet, clean and comfortable. It met all three requirements! Breakfast was self serve, choices were minimal, infection control concerns were of low standards, large jam and peanut butter jars on counter with open lids, no tongs for bread selection. Coffee was hot but very, very weak! There was some fruit which met my needs.

Quick check-in, warm welcome, clean and comfortable room at a great price.

Sigh. We booked according to reviews, and this property had good ones.I'm not sure what happened, but this was not expected. The blinds were broken, bathroom dirty and the breakfast was a joke. It was a small counter in the front office with a dirty orange juice bottle, a jar of peanut butter and a jar of jam, and toast. Oh, and a coffee maker. When we asked about the broken blind we were told, too bad, no one can look in from the back anyway. The host then resumed running around the parking lot on his bike. In all our travels we have never been to a place so awful. One more thing, you are right beside a very active railroad that runs trains, and whistles, all night long. Someone else told us that their hotel close by offered the guests ear plugs. And finally, the beds are very, very hard. The decor was cute and the flowers outside were very lovely. I'd love to have more positive, but it would be difficult. I have the pictures to prove what I'm saying, but I can't figure out how to add them to this review.

Room was a bit shabby around the edges but overall, quiet and spacious.

The property ground was clean and so were the rooms. The person at the desk did not speak english except for a few words, but she was friendly. Air conditioner was extremely loud, but we still got a good night sleep, place was good for for the rates the charged.

The family that owns this property, takes pride in keeping it clean, they are VERY friendly and receptive. Our room was actually ready 2 hours before check-in time. They work VERY hard to keep the property clean and the beds were very comfortable....a little outdated, but clean!!!
