Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty

Such an unique experience to have a beautiful and comfortable room, in a central location and receive home like feeling from the owners. And on top of it, I was ready to go to my business meeting looking at my best with the hair services from downstairs

Wow. Palazzo Gozzi is simply wonderful. Our hosts Paolo and Roberto are so kind and helpful. The room had everything you could need, was beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous bathroom with double sinks, skylight and walk in shower with high end finishes. Bottled water, toiletries, Nespresso and tea and juices were available in the room. A voucher for coffee,pastry and juice is available at a wonderful Pasticceria a few steps away from the Palazzo (everything was delicious). Our hosts were happy to recommend restaurants and call ahead for reservations. The hotel is in a historic building, so you must walk up 1-3 flights of stairs, but it is worth it. I would love to stay here again someday. Grazie a Roberto e Paolo!

This place was absolutely lovely! Beautiful rooms, five star service. We really enjoyed our stay, would go again & highly recommend! ♥️ They did not Steve breakfast but we got A vouchure to a Café nearby that was also very nice. Even a haircut was included! And one more appraise for the staff, especially the head of the hotel. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay when exploring Parma, and a short train ride (30 minutes) to Modena. About a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and about a 20-25 minute walk to the train station. Our stay came with a haircut, which I desperately needed and was a nice way to start my vacation. The hosts were very nice and were always available if needed. Paolo says his English is not very good, but it was terrific! They provided vouchers to local patisseries for breakfast, which we were not expecting since it is a "bed & beauty" not a "bed & breakfast" so this was a pleasant surprise. (Don't pass on the fresh squeezed orange juice at the patisseries!) Every evening when we came back, there were 2 new bottles of water and juice in our room. Definitely check out Matis cafe, right down the main street on the right. We had lunch here the day we arrived and it was wonderful! We also ended our nights there at the bar on the way home. Great atmosphere, food and drinks, and the owner was great! Highly recommend Palazzo Gozzi if you are visiting Parma!

Fantastic hosts. There’s a handful of places that have made me feel at home as this one. And when I think, I think it tops all of them. It’s always about the people and their passion for doing what they do. They are so welcoming you wish you spent more time there. The place is beautifully renovated and very clean. They although we were stuck in traffic and arrived beyond their check in hours they were so kind to check us in late and make it look as if it was no issue at all. There’s usually several free parking spots on the opposite side of the roundabout next to the city park. If you feel like it you should check out the hair salon they run at the ground floor. Will certainly come back when in the area.

Absolutely superb stay! We found the B and B easily, leaving the car at the Kennedy Parking a 4 minute walk away. Reception is in the hairdressers below the rooms. We were warmly greeted and offered drinks and a free hair wash and dry which I gladly took up. What a treat and well done too. Most welcome after a long drive. We were shown to our gorgeous room on the first floor. As well as being beautifully decorated and having a huge en-suite, a high end coffee machine with coffee pods and tea/tissanes plus bottled water were included. The shower gel was lovely and very refreshing too. Every detail has been carefully considered. Around 6pm a tray with fizz and bottled water in ice with peanuts was placed outside our room. In the morning a lovely continental breakfast was also brought to our room. Normally this is taken at a local cafe but this was closed for an annual holiday. We have never experienced such caring and friendly proprietors, such attention to every possible need and a genuine desire for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Many thanks to Roberto and Paulo. We would have loved to have stayed longer. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk to Parma centro or as pointed out to us with a map we were given, a lovely 20 minute walk through a local park. We even received little drawstring backpacks for shoes or small items. This is exceptional value. Well done to the owners and very many thanks for a memorable stay.
