래글런 로지(Raglan Lodge)

The lodge was dirty and smelly from the entrance already. The room was small and carpet very dirty and stained all over. There is terrible traffic noise through the night. No entertainments, . This place was my worst stay ever.

Nice room. Huge tv. Comfortable bed but pillows a bit lumpy. Check in was a bit inconvenient in the shop but not a problem really p. Key card was a bit temperamental on the outer doors but worked after a few tries.

Not the cleanest place, bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed. Staff were very nice and helpful but we won’t be going back. Worst was using WiFi, we were hacked and they got into all our accounts. Changed the passwords and email address so we couldn’t access anything.

We had no hot water our whole stay we were not made aware until arriving at property staff we good and we got a full refund on our stay not the first time we have stayed here not the cleanest but we just make sure we pack clraning stuff and clean when we arrive its great for a pit stop and for the price for a family of four we make do on this trip we also didnt have the sofa bed made so we had to speak to staff who gave us what we needed but we had to make the bed we arrived kate so wasnt ideal having two tired children

In winter having the heating on before a late arrival would help. Otherwise I’ve stayed here a few times and recommend it

On arrival room was freezing cold and dirty. Had to wait to be transferred to another room. Not what you want when you have just travelled for over 3 hours and all you want is a warm room and some sleep...

Staff were friendly and room was a good size. Mattress was dreadful, really lumpy and uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off one evening and no one came. I went to get a staff member from the petrol station who said it was a regular occurrence.

There was a huge stain on the carpet and a strong smell of damp. It looked like there had previously been a flood from the ensuit bathroom. Both temperature control buttons on the heater were missing so no way to adjust the room temperature. Only 3 TV channels. No kettle in the room on arrival although the staff did respond quickly when I requested one. It is very cheap which is why I booked it but I’m not sure I’d stay there again. Maybe other rooms are in better condition?

You have a decent room, 7/24 Asda couple meters away and you have %50 off Burger King just opposite of the hotel.
