라 빌라 마담(La Villa Madame)

Loved the location and we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful! Always made sure we knew where we were going, gave excellent recommendations for dinner, and ensured we were set with our rides. We had the double twin bed room for 2 people and it was perfect. We both agreed we would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and in general our stay was pleasant. The room was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. However, the bathroom had some areas near the tub and around toilet that looked like mold. The air in the room was a bit stuffy as well and the difference was pretty noticeable when we came inside the room from the outside. I am not sure if other rooms had the same issue so maybe it was just our room. Overall, the location is great and hotel is tucked away from the busy streets nearby so you can be sure you will get a good night sleep as there were barely any noise pollution that we experienced during our stay.

Parisian hotels are often small affairs without much space but our bedroom was spacious relatively speaking and the decor was really attractive, pleasant and cozy. The bed was comfortable and we had two windows looking out onto rue Madame. Our breakfasts were fine with good service and plenty of options. The entry way sitting area and front sitting room is very nice and cozy. The desk clerk was especially helpful with our questions which revolved around commuting south of Paris to a suburb on the train. I'm inclined to want to stay at Villa Madame my next time.

Rooms are clean and are well decorated. The staff were helpful and polite. Plenty of shops, cafe’s and restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and welcoming. We would stay here again.

The bathroom was nice the bedding was nice. The room has too much stuff in it. Tables, chairs, etc. I didn't like that I had to turn my key in everyone I left the hotel.

I was given a small dirty room that smelled like smoke with dirty towels. the front desk staff could care less and did ZERO to help.

Hotel staff were helpful in proving information, arranging transportation and offered storage for our luggage during shift in our travels plans. Every part of our journey was smooth thanks to their assistance.

The hotel is actually very good which is better than my expectation. But I was unhappy that they charged me additional €21 per night for the "sofa bed" when I checked out on the last day which had surprised me. As my under standing, I would be only charged for rollover bed but not sofa bed. They said that I just paid for the additional kid through ******* but not the sofa bed. We've lived in 6 hotels in this trip and booked 4 hotels through *******, and I had also booked other hotels via ******* for other trips before, only this hotel charged me extra for the sofa bed. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Throughout my last 20 years of traveling, the day time lady staff at this place is the worst hotel staff i’ve ever experienced in her continued condescending attitude. She gave stinky attitude from the very start we stepped into the hotel when we asked if the bed has twin or double beds, asked her some questions about the construction site next door (fully facing our window). The hotel itself is clean and in great location but she made us feel so unwelcome throughout our trip. And she requires you to leave the key at the desk every time you leave the hotel so it’s not like you can really avoid her.
