호텔은 지하철역과 가까워 관광객에게 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 친절한 직원 객실은 매우 작아서 캐리어 두 개를 동시에 넣을 수는 없지만, 짧은 기간 동안 머물다가 잠만 자는 경우에는 대체로 괜찮습니다.

방은 작지만(넓고 가격도 괜찮았지만), 서비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 프런트에서 중국어를 할 줄 아는 여성분을 만났는데, 서비스 태도가 정말 좋았습니다. 파리의 기온이 올라가면서 호텔에 일시적으로 에어컨을 켜달라는 요청을 받았는데, 호텔 측에서 신속하게 대응하고 신속하게 조치를 취해 주셔서 칭찬할 만합니다. 게다가 환경과 위생도 좋았고, 지하철 교통도 매우 편리했습니다.

객실과 조식이 훌륭했습니다. 지하철역과 가깝고, 바로 앞에 까르푸 시티 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 가끔 마켓도 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 근처에 식당이 많지 않다는 것입니다.

The hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 9, just a short five-minute walk away. Although it’s slightly outside the downtown area, the same metro line provides direct access to popular destinations like Lafayette, Trocadéro, and several other attractions we wanted to visit—so getting around was easy and never felt like a hassle. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, many open until 10 p.m., along with several late-night eateries, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The hotel rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and comfortable. A simple breakfast is served every morning, and we especially appreciated the complimentary water dispenser, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available throughout the day. Enjoying a warm drink before bed became a lovely nightly routine for us. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating—from the reception and dining area to the housekeeping team—and were patient with us despite our limited French. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

La verdad que la habitación un poco pequeña pero muy bien equipada y el servicio muy bueno, tiene buena comunicación con el metro pero la calle en la que está es un poco peligrosa

벽이 매우 얇아서 복도나 옆방에서 평범한 대화 소리가 들릴 정도였습니다. 방이 두 개였는데, 제 샤워실은 샤워가 아니라 안개처럼 뿌옇게 나왔습니다. 다른 방에서 샤워를 해봤는데 안개 샤워는 없었고, 아주 작았습니다. 괜찮은 2성급 호텔입니다. 위치도 불편했습니다.

Stayed for my birthday and worst experience. We were given the room key and went to the room and was dirty. Cleaner shouting no no no and then reception came up said they made a mistake and took our bags. Said when we will come back they will have it in our rooms. Went out for the day. Came back no bags. Guy wasn’t helpful and I’m diabetic and all my important stuff was missing. He was like nothing I can do. So unhelpful. I found my bags in a random room and worst experience I’ve ever had. They said sorry with a drink voucher lol joke. Hotel no where near the city. Breakfast didn’t have any warm food. Worst food and coffee horrible. Worst experience I’ve ever had by a hotel before don’t bother.

Recently stayed in the family room, unfortunately the room was very small and hot but the staff did provide a fan on request. We are a family of 5 so it was pretty tight and hot. The bathroom was also very small and we could have benefited from a full length mirror and coat hooks. However, the staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The young man helped us source a taxi as all the taxis kept cancelling. The staff were very friendly and we could not fault them. Thank you! I did find one member of the kitchen staff to be quite aburpt when I asked for more bread as I did not speak French. The hotel is very close to the Metro which was great and although it is close to the main roads, it is set back so you do not get the noise from the neighbourhood. The hotel has many amenities close by. We had access to snacks, drinks and water all day and night. I was able to use the microwave to sterilise my baby's bottles without any hassle. All in all, we had a lovely stay but for the future, the hotel should consider bigger rooms for families Including a bigger bathroom and a full length mirror. Place to be for a Cityscape .Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms, good and varied breakfast, good location( just 3-4 min walking from the subway).They have also a cheap parking. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and not noisy at night. We enjoyed.

Chambres optionnel ménage laisse à désirer poussieres , traces sur les miroirs le personnel petit déjeuner est exécrable pas du tout aimable et le buffet n'est pas à la hauteur du prix c'est dommage le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable

2ème visite dans cet hôtel. Petite chambre très propre, confortable et très calme la nuit. La literie est confortable, et la chambre sent très bon. Super accueil, personnel sympathique et serviable. Hôtel situé à deux pas du métro. Très satisfaite de mon séjour.

Équipe dynamique efficace et flexible ! Je remercie toute l’équipe en particulier Resline ! Un excellent nage sur patte ! J’ai pu même prolonger mon séjour et garder ma chambre. Sont le décor était particulièrement sympa ! Je reviendrais volontiers , les tardifs étaient vraiment accessibles.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una visita mordi e fuggi a Parigi, gentilezza dello staff e vicinanza alla metro, stanze piccole e poco funzionali però molto pulite. Situato in una zona pericolosa sia di giorno sia di notte, ecco perchè il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo.
