XO 호텔 파리(XO Hotel Paris)

I will never stay at this hotel again. Despite the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The bases of the hotel does not hold 4 star standards. I was able to check in the hotel way before check-in time the hotel was overbooked for the day I arrived. I assume the maid/staff was behind on cleaning rooms and did not do a full cleaning so I cleaned what I could and went from there. When I walked into my room( the classic or basic room), I noticed that the (not-free) mini bar was not restocked, and there is was a drink, already opened and halfway drank, along with the snacks and tea, or coffee that was never restocked. I am not sure if I was compensated, but they did give me mineral water on my last night staying. They never restocked anything from the mini bar and just tidied up my room after requesting a recleaning. This is also when I found out that whoever cleaned my room took my personal face towel mistaking it for the Hotel’s towels( there was only two small towels given, and I had only used one and left the rest on the floor to be taken) I’m not sure how they mistake my towel as the hotels but I’m not even sure I’ll be able to be compensated. On my last day I had a really rough night and wanted to sleep in. Unfortunately, that was short-lived by the fire alarm going off at eight in the morning prompting an evacuation. I also think the location is a far far from everything and not easy access to a metro or bus line. Highly I would not recommend this place.

Despite been on a central busy area, and the room on ground floor, it was quiet and no disturbance over night Breakfast had good variety, and everything was super clean. Front desk lady, very helpful and polite, definitely coming back.

En première approche hôtel confortable (j’ai plutôt bien dormi). Mais en fait, c’est un hôtel d’escrocs. Pour le standing, la chambre n’est même pas faite chaque jour ! Quand vous vous plaignez à la réception, pas une parole d’excuse ni un geste commercial. Sans parler du petit-déjeuner, compris dans notre réservation initiale. Quand j’indique au réceptionniste de la veille que nous ne le prendrons pas le lendemain et qu’il faut le retirer de la réservation, ok pour lui. Mais le lendemain au moment de partir, on nous fait payer plein pot !! Sans un geste commercial pour le ménage non fait, avec condescendance. Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.

I usually travel over 4 months per year. I must admit I was NEVER treated SO BADLY! It is clear that this hotel,doesn’t understand what is HOSPITALITY Industry about! To begin, my room wasn’t ready when I wanted to check in at 3.00 pm. I had to come back at around 5.00 pm to access my room. At around midnight on our first night at the Hotel there was just no one at the reception desk. That created a serious insecurity feeling. Upon check out, although I am a gold member that allows me to leave slightly later, and whiteout any warning from the reception, I left the hotel an hour and 28 minutes passed 12.00 pm, I was rudely charged 100 euro penalty for being late, which is about 50% of cost of the room per day! Please be Extremely careful about this DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE Hotel.

Nous avons séjourné en amoureux une nuit accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel Chambre spacieuse et très propre Bien équipée situé à proximité des nombreux commerces je vous conseil Le jardin sucré pâtisserie a quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel Pâtisserie a tombé meilleures macarons de France Le seul petit problème concerne l'emplacement de notre chambre 310 On entend l'ascenseur a chaque fois qu'il monte ou descend Malheureusement on c'est rendu compte que a 3h30h du matin lors de notre retour a l'hôtel après notre soirée sur Paris Du coup on a pas pu demander une nouvelle chambre Ça doit être la même choses pour toutes les chambres qui sont à proximité immédiate de l'ascenseur On en a fait part à la réception lors de notre checkout La réception très gentil et attentif à été désolé et réceptif à notre réclamation Nous a promis de faire en sorte que lors de notre future séjour on soit plus remis dans la même chambre

Arrivé vers 23h, un acceuil un peu froid De passage , la chambre nous convenait mais tres petite et sans placard. Douche face au lit...est un peu étrange. Surtout pour des horaires décalés Etablissement très propre et tres bonne literie

My room didn't look at all like the picture of a premium room! First, my shower was located right next to my bed, with a separate little room with a toilette and the smallest sink ever, which is probably used normally for washing hands only while in a bathroom but definitely not for a a regular use of a bathroom sink! Room is that small that not even a table with a chair so had to work fitted on my bed, not very comfy for a busy trip! Disappointing breakfast (probably due to Covid but still for 19 euros, I have preferred to go to a bakery). Walls are paper thin too so definitely not the best restful night of sleep! Definitely an ok hotel for cleanliness and the area but not worth what I spent for a "premium" room. Will not come back, sorry.

Stunning Hotel. Our first (and not last) visit to Paris. The rooms were gorgeous and the bed was absolutely huge! So big in fact that It got lonely with my husband at the other side haha! Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. We loved that it was set back from the busy hustle and bustle of the city but a five min walk takes you to all the lovely bistros and cafes. It was only a 10/15 min stroll to Arc de Triomphe and access to all the main attractions. Would 100% return. The reception staff were super helpful with directions. Apologies our French was terrible :-)
