Baymont by Wyndham Paris

The room was extremely run down. It smelled of musty cigarettes. The shower/tub was in need of severe upgrading. The beds were listed as queen-sized but were full-sized. There weren't enough towels in the room for 4 people to have even just 1 towel each and the front desk didn't have enough to supplement. We were here for a family funeral and hated every minute we had to stay in this room. If we hadn't already had reservations and been pinched for time, we would have gone to another hotel.

It is a very nice place to go the employees are nice too the room is ok but it's a little to expensive the room is nice but some of the housekeepers are very rude they ignore you when u try to talk to them about u room

WARNING AVOID THIS HOTEL Upon arrival we were told no Kings available. We decided to take the 2 double beds. The person at the front desk tried to charge us $30.00 more for the room than what we were quoted when we reserved the rooms. I immediately pulled up Trip Advisor and told him that the prices were the same as we originally booked. He changed his tune and gave us the correct price. FORTUNATELY WE CHECKED THE ROOMS BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM. The way they new a rooms were “CLEANED” was to leave the drapes open. The first room we were given had somebody in it already. We went back to get a different room and the two rooms we were given were filthy, stunk, the ceilings were patched but not repainted, the door had gaps in them. We saw enough and went across the street to a great hotel. It appeared that the hotel was being used as an extended stay property. Some appeared really sketchy. Needless to say my room mate didn’t feel safe. WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen.

Overcharged my credit card. No hot water! Bugs! No breakfast! I took the coldest shower of my entire life here! If the owners see this just remodel the place or keep on working on repairs. Put some type of system in place so y’all don’t double charge customers.

They are remodeling the rooms but kept everything out of customers way and very neat and tidy. Plan to return in the future. Prices were very good. Everyone friendly works. Try pool next time. Very comfortable rooms

Please avoid this hotel at all cost! This hotel was horrible!! I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year and this one is in my top 5 worst ever! Had roaches in the room, sheets are so thread bare you can see through them. Short black hairs clogging the tub drain. The room smells like a smoking lounge, in a non-smoking room. The cleanliness of the room was beyond bad! Sticky floors, most of the light bulbs either blown out or missing. Had to sign a form saying that I would not have parties in the room. Check out was no better they could not provide me with a receipt!!

Worst hotel ever. The sheets, pillow cases were stained and dirty. Room stunk. Website pics are false. A/C unit noise resembled that of a Cessna airplane. Avoided bathroom, scared I'd find a ********* sleeping in bathtub. Left in middle of night.

Hotel room stunk. Tried 2 other rooms and they were both dirty so we decided to go back to the stink but was the cleanest of the three. Room stayed in was poorly maintained. Hole in one of the bed covers. The office chair was falling apart and nasty. The tv remote didn't work - had to use buttons on side of tv. Kids even pointed out entrance to room they put new tile in they didn't even bother to clean grouting off the tile or side trim. They had no concern about anything being done correctly. Never ever ever would we stay again at this hotel. Totally not acceptable experience.

Very unkept. Questioned cleanliness and facility. Would not recommend. The motel campus was littered with cigarette butts, plastic bags & uncut grass. Hedges needed trimming. The rooms were not kept well. Broken furniture and was to afraid to use the shower.
