그랑 오텔 듀 루아레(Grand Hotel du Loiret)

Hele kleine kamer met nog kleinere badkamer en douch. Kamer 104. De foto’s op booking geven niet de wekelijkheid weer. Staat zelfs een kamer met een bad op de foto. Maar die zijn er niet. En tegenover twee kroegen dus de hele nacht lawaai. Dus de ramen moeten dicht. In de zomer moet je hier zeker niet zijn zonder airco.

Réservation faite et confirmée, je me présente à l'hôtel à 11h15 et je demande si ma chambre est disponible, la réponse est non, ce que je peux comprendre étant moi même dans l'hospitality business depuis 45 ans, mais le visage fermé sans aucune empathie ni même un brin de gentillesse je m'entend répondre: "vous pouvez vous changer aux wc!" On croit rêver! quand je demande si cette réponse est sérieuse, car on pouvait croire à une mauvaise plaisanterie, on me répond: "si vous connaissiez l'hôtellerie vous pourriez comprendre" en 2 mots vous êtes trop bête pour capter. quand je demande si il n'y avait pas une chambre juste pour me changer en toute discrétion on me répond: "il vaut mieux que vous alliez trouver un autre hôtel" le comble étant atteint j'ai suivi ce conseil est suis parti à la recherche d'un autre hôtel. En 2 mots une expérience horrible à cause d'un personnage très désagréable qui n'a rien à faire à la réception d'un hôtel, si son patron souhaite satisfaire ses clients je l'invite à se séparer de lui dans les plus brefs délais.

Sul soggiorno niente da segnalare, peccato per il finale. Una volta atterrati in Italia ci arriva un messaggio su booking che hanno trovato una sedia divelta e ci avrebbero accreditato 100€. Cosa assolutamente non vera anche perché dallo stato della sedia viste le foto che ci hanno mandato ce ne saremo accorti. Inoltre si sono ben dimenticati di segnalarlo quando abbiamo fatto il check out alle ore 10 e anche quando siamo tornati a recuperare le valigie dove sicuramente la stanza era già stata fatta, hanno aspettato quando non avremo più potuto replicare e senza sentire ragioni ci hanno scalato i 100€. Alla richiesta di parlare con un titolare al telefono facevano gli spavaldi dicendoci in mofo ironico che sicuramente avremo avuto indietro i nostri soldi. Per fortuna l'operatrice di booking è stata più corretta di loro e ha sventato la frode. Da evitare come la peste, queste persone non dovrebbero nemmeno lavorare nel turismo.

Super bem localizado. O hotel atende super bem! O grande destaque positivo são os funcionários. Todos excelentes, prestativos, educados, gentis, simpáticos, ajudam em tudo… são maravilhosos!

Our "pass sanitaire" was not checked at book in and frequently guests were in the lounge area without masks. Some signage regarding number of people in the lift would have been helpful, my wife was subjected to other guests crowding in around her; she exited the lift and took the stairs. An old towel was found under the bed. The bed was small and uncomfortable, several times I nearly fell out, and didn't once have a decent night's sleep. The room was too small for a standard double, probably okay as a single. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is the owner/management who need to get their act together.

Väldigt bra placerat hotell. Centralt men ändå inte mitt i smeten. Mysigt område. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very small for that length of time so we will book the bigger room next time. And there will definitely be a next time. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and it's surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes walk from major attractions and around 30/40 minutes to the Louvre etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights as a weekend get away. Room was incredibly clean and had soap, shower gel, conditioner and towels. The room was small and compact but had everything you need and was a comfortable temperature with a large window that opens. Reception staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated close to bars and cafes and there was quite a bit of noise from the street on the Friday night but the rest of the weekend was quiet. Only down sides were there was only one socket in the room which made charging two phones and two smart watches over night challenging and the bed was a bit too firm.
