호텔 프린스 드 콩티(Hotel Prince de Conti)

Location was great for price, however the safe didn't work. When I addressed the front desk, the rep couldn't fix the safe even after replacing batteries. I'd expected the safe to be operating before my check-in. Also there wasn't enough lighting at night. Shower was great, however the toilet flushing was weak. I also didn't like leaving room key to the front desk and picking up every time I left hotel and returning. The hotel seems a bit old and run down, I expected better compared to all the hotels I've stayed and traveled in Europe including several hotels in Paris, 6th Arrondissement.

Pour ma part, c'est la première fois que je dois aller chercher et remplacer des ampoules grillées.... surtout dans une soit disante suite !!!! Produits Fragonard non présents contrairement indiqué sur leur site internet pour la suite 24 que nous avons réservée ! Chambre dépourvu de papiers toilettes un demi rouleau déjà utilisé seulement, j'ai dû demander à l'accueil au RDC et remonter dans notre chambre avec les rouleaux sous le bras. TV où beaucoup de chaînes inaccessible (TF1, M6, TMC, France 2 ect...) Pire, le lendemain plus aucune chaîne disponible sur les deux écrans présente dans la suite ! Les portes coulissantes des pièces de ma suite 24 inutilisables, plaintes déclouées, plâtre du plafond prêt à tomber, sol sale, 1 buse de la thalasso dans la chambre est cassée et jaune... Tous ces dysfonctionnements ont été signalées a l'accueil le soir même de notre arrivée, la dame nous indique simplement que cela est noté mais lors de notre départ, aucune excuse d'ailleurs aucune demande a savoir si notre séjour fût agréable de la part d'une autre dame présente. En conclusion hôtel a fuir absolument !!! Bref mon pire séjour !

Le réceptionniste n'était pas au courant de notre arrivée via votre site. Il nous a donné une chambre qui n'était pas propre( poubelle pleine, mouchoir qui traîne, clim défectueuse.)

Great little hotel in an excellent location - very central. The lift wasn't working, but they offered free breakfast to compensate, which was appreciated. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. Also, my room faced into the inner courtyard, so very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I was not happy with this hotel for the following reasons: 1) The room was super small 2)the door facing a patio was broken on the first day we arrived 3)there is not a shower, only a bath tub 4)there is not privacy at the bath tub, only a glass door that connects the bedroom with the bath tub room 5)ALL the doors squeak around the room (impossible to sleep good) 5) the safe was broken ... we were so disappointed and tried to cancel and get out of there but we were told they would charge the full 4 nights even with all these complaints ... the lady just said "you should read all the specifications on line, this is a boutique hotel" :( ... I have been in many "boutique hotels" where everything works and very cute and not this type of terrible place... this made part of my first trip to Paris very sad and disappointed. Please be aware before you stay here.

This was a lovely place to stay, as a solo traveler I felt safe and well located to all the key sights of Paris. The front desk staff were all very helpful and helped me with my poor French. My room was older but very cosy. Like the big tub.I would certainly come again. Perfect location.

Very helpful staff at the front desk and daily housekeeping were the few good things here. Location is also good, close to many restaurants but about 45 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. The room's entry door didn't open even once! I had to call someone for help every single time...just ridiculous!!! Also the room was probably decorated by a 5 yr old as its blue, Yellow, black and white with absolutely horrendous lighting. There are no ceiling lights in the rooms, only lamps and one of which was already broken when we came. We had to pack our bags during the day since it's so dark at night that you literally can't do much other than sleep..just terrible! Locking the door was another redicilous activity... who uses keys these days anyway just get the card readers!!!! The curtains in the room were for much larger windows and kept spreading all over the floor and we kept tripping over it. The internet barely worked days that I stayed. The toilet was missing a door and was open! The sink was clogged and the cherry on top there was no shower just a malfunctioning water jet! I do not recommend anyone to stay here until they address the issues mentioned above, especially families.

There was nothing that we liked but disappointed finding a very old hotel for a very high price. the water jug was broken, light in the bathroom wasn't working but never happened - asked them to fix but never happened, bathroom door handle/lock wasn't working, TV was not working and no remote control and so on.....
