OKKO 호텔 파리 로사 파크스(Okko Hotels Paris Rosa Parks)

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. We directly booked a family room at the hotel, not online, only to be met with an unpleasant odor. We requested a room change, but the alternative was just as bad. When we sought a refund, the staff declined impolitely. Their customer service is disappointing, especially considering the noise disturbances from nearby trains in the room we were given.

Unfortunately, our stay at the OKKO hotel Rosa park in Paris was awful. On the first night we found glass in our bed, my husband sliced his finger pretty bad. Secondly the drinking glass that he had been drinking out of all night , had lipstick on it and we had only realized in the morning light (I don’t wear lipstick) and we were woken up at 5:00 am to the blaring fire alarm , had to evacuate. We found out it was a false alarm but someone mentioned how it was the second time that week. When I brought the glass shatter and drinking glass lipstick to the staff’s attention they informed me that there is nothing they can do. I was very unhappy with my experience here.

Après 6 nuits en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants dans l'hôtel, je ne recommande pas du tout. L'hôtel est situé dans une cité, au milieu de drogués, de délinquants. Un véritable danger pour les touristes. Notre voiture a été vandalisée ! La directrice de l'hôtel est rentrée au moment où mon mari nettoyait les morceaux de verre et elle ne s'est même pas arrêtée pour nous proposer de l'aide. Honteux !! Les chambres familles vibrent au rythme du rer c'est infernale. Nous avons du changer de chambre. Le ménage dans les chambres n'est pas fait correctement, la recharge du savon a été oublié 2 fois. J'ai du demander explicitement à l'accueil que ce soit fait et même après cela pas été le cas ! Nous n'avions donc pas de savon ! Idem pour le linge de lit, pas changé alors que nous l'avions demandé car il était taché. Bref le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Même si le personnel est souriant cela ne suffit pas à rendre cet hôtel agréable. A éviter.

Not easy to park at least for checking in Very poor offer from the restaurant Noisy room just over the railway station Breakfast is extremely expensive for the offer; no fresh fruit, poor pastry variety and poor choice in general The hotel claims to be a 4 stars with no clouds but there are a lot instead… I would not suggest at all

I was just browsing through hotels and saw this one. The name sounded unfamiliar. I didn’t know what I’ll be getting. Anyway we tried it and wow…it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed. And we travel a lot.

I did enjoy my stay here. It’s not in the Paris centre however it’s easily accessible with the trains. Not a lot around the hotel, but most people will want to head in to other parts of Paris. Nice and quiet as well.

We had a super stay at the hotel. We will for sure stay again. Staff was fantastic and room was super spacious and very clean. Hotel is brand new. Multiple train options to city centre 3 min walk from the hotel, and you can be in the city centre with 15 min. The snack thing was new to me and actually a very cool idea. Number of other visitors were hanging around the lounge area gave a great atmosphere. I would not have any reservations about booking again.

Nice spot for a few nights out of the city center. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short stay in hotel with good connection to the metro nearby. Air conditioning system was odd and weak, but being American I guess most A/C systems outside the US are a bit weak lol.

Great hotel, absolutely brand new Rooms are super big and very clean, very design Only negative point is transport, as it's a bit far from the center it's not super easy to get there but nothing too bad :)
