What a wonderful hotel and wonderful experience we just had staying at Maison Delano Paris. I have the American Express platinum and found this hotel through their Fine Hotels and Resorts collection. We didn’t need to take advantage of the early check-in or late check out (but they would of course honor!)… but they did offer us the room upgrade, give us daily breakfast for 2, $100 credit, etc. Everything about this stay was amazing. Seen some people with not great reviews but I don’t think they understand what the difference is between a 5 star boutique hotel in Paris should be like compared to say a 5 star hotel on say the Las Vegas *****… 2 very different experiences (but both amazing 😊)! Everything you would expect from a 5 star boutique hotel in Europe, hotel Maison Delano Paris not only delivered on but far exceeded expectations. It’s the little things like a pleasant check-in experience with Santiago who was so very sweet and escorted us and showed us our room and its features… to the handwritten welcome note left in our room… to the complimentary bottle of wine and water on arrival… nightly turn down service with little chocolates, beautiful hotel room, and every type of toiletry that you may need being offered to you at your disposal. Booking through Amex also included a phenomenal wine tasting at the restaurant downstairs. This was our first experience at the restaurant and the sommelier was not only outstanding but fun to converse with as we got lost in the beauty of the food/wine/hotel 🙌. The chef earned a Michelin star in Spain before coming to Paris… I would not be surprised if he earned one at this location in the near future. The octopus paella was out of this world. Ate a 42 euro croque mosieur that was mind blowing and worth it as well. 3 different options for breakfast but all essentially included bread (w/ jam, Nutella, etc) eggs, avocado, any beverage…. Bar downstairs was not only convenient but had great craft cocktails. Cannot stress how much we loved the food and drinks at this hotel when you have so many options in Paris and very close by! We had let’s just say not a great time getting to Paris… pulling up to this haven took my breath away. This was our 3rd 5 star hotel on this trip and everything from check-in, the food, the room, etc was excellent… by far our favorite! Shout out again to Santiago who made us feel like the Delano was our home away from home (and more), the entire hotel staff at the Delano, the chef, the sommelier, the restaurant staff, the bar staff…. And I mean I guess literally everyone who works at this gem of a hotel…. We had an amazing experience thanks to you and cannot wait to return! 💜 Location 10/10 (shoppers paradise… just steps away from any designer you could possibly want/in the 8th) Food 10/10 (not only is in house restaurant amazing but so many other places right near the hotel) Bar 10/10 Service 10/10 (🫶) Value for the $ 20/10

This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was super helpful and went beyond in every area. The concierge staff helped us organize all our restaurant and tour reservations - so a big thank you to Carl, Pauline and Adrien! Marina and Cecile and the front desk were very welcoming and so was Shara the welcome guest. They have the BEST breakfast! The room was very large and modern. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. We had a super wonderful experience. It is located in a great location as well.

The ambience of the hotel and location were fantastic only exceeded by the cafe and attention provided by Claire and the other staff! The rooms were very nicely appointed, cozy and comfortable…certainly will be our stay of choice on future trips to the city of lights and romance.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Maison Delano and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is only 1 year old even though it is located in an old hotel particulier so everything is in perfect condition. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my bath tub draining and the repairman was there to fix it before I got back to my room. The concierge staff helped me get reservations to choice restaurants. Sara Biglino of Guest Relations was delightful and fun. The hotel is located across from the British Embassy and close to the Palais Elysee. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and the Place de la Concorde is a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast was served in the open-air courtyard and it was delicious. The bar is cozy and served great drinks. I cannot think of anything to improve.

Amazing place to stay in Paris! Just wonderful and perfect! We came from another hotel where we had a bad experience and everything exceeded our expectations! 5 stars services and staff! Of course this hotel will be our choice for stays in Paris from now on!

Our daughter recommended this hotel as a good alternative in Paris for a much more expensive hotel we had chosen and we decided to stay 3 nights in the more expensive hotel and 3 nights in Maison Delano. We loved the much more expensive hotel but were pleasantly surprised what Maison Delano offers for about 60 % less. The location and facilities are fantastic and the hotel is chic and very parisian. The staff was very pleased and helpful . We hope to return. Jose and Yoly Alegria

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Lovely, modern hotel with great service and a central location. We stayed at the junior suite which was quite spacious and very modern with extremely high ceilings. Few good to knows- - booked through Amex fine hotels, they honoured every thing - room upgrade, late checkout, €100 credit etc. - hot water in bathroom, airconditioning in room worked perfectly. Linens, towels etc. are all what you would expect at a high end 5 star. WiFi and chrome cast on tv worked perfectly. - breakfast is alacarte at the restaurant, they have multiple options and drinks and pretty much let you order whatever you want. This was our 3rd stay in Paris, the first two were in bigger typical chain hotels. We preferred this the most as being a smaller hotel, there was more of a personal touch and attention to detail. The front desk staff, doormen, restaurant staff and housekeeping were all extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
