Mount Airy Casino Resort - Adults Only 21 Plus 후기

This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!! We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again! Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!

The ****** and hotel is nice and clean room. Food is so so. But we went outside for our dinner. We stayed here because we wanted to play golf at mount airy golf course just across the ****** is very convenient and ****** at night time.

Beautiful resort. Charged $80 resort fee which was not disclosed when booked the stay. Would not have booked it if had know. No microwave or fridge in room which was disappointing.

This place was beautifully designed and very clean. The food was great as well. The staff were very respectful and kind. They even told us about food spots outside the resort that was great to visit. I had a lot of fun here on vacation.

Not a good trip at all, there was bedbugs in the room on our 2nd day and our last day, bedbugs got into our suitcases, and my car, my son got bit, and the hotel and Trip.com doesn’t want to take responsibility’s for anything, I have all the pictures proof everything. It coast me more to replace stuff and clean everything then what I paid for my trip for my family

Good customer service nice area. No much to do for fun just ****** no good music. Restaurant food ok and smoking area every where you go no designated area for smoking really everwhere you go on ******s people can smoke. No free drinks in the ******s.

What started as an amazing stay was quickly ruined the next morning at checkout. I was never told of a “resort fee” when I booked, or when checking in. However the next morning I got a surprise resort fee. I questioned it and was told there was nothing they could do. The other bigger issue is there was no breakfast available. The main Buffett does not open till noon. That doesn’t help someone who is diabetic and needs to eat on a regular schedule. It was like checking in and checking out were done at two different hotels.

Liked-very nice accommodations. Didn't like - tried getting in to room, no green light. Asked maid across the hall how to do, she said she didn't know. We got in assuming no green light needed. Go to leave room, it won't lock. Called reception and found out IT changing batteries in locks. She didn't where In lodge they were. Did not offer to find out, I had to ask. No instructions in room on TV use, stocked bar fridge, where ice machine is,...

I loved the room and the customer service was excellent. Room service was great. I did not care for the italian restaurant much, the food was precooked and was not plated well. It was too pricey and they did not deliver well on quality or quantity.

During check-in in, asked if they had any king sized beds, knowing that ******* was showing some prior to asking and they said they were all sold out.
