We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

We have just returned from our second stay at the Louis imperial. Your greeted back like old friends, with a cocktail or soft drink served while you fill in your details for check in. The lobby is spacious and perfectly clean. We got to our room, overlooking the quiet pool and with a sea view. Again perfectly clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is good with a great shower. Breakfast,lunch and dinner was brilliant every time. Loads of choice whether you’re a meat eater or vegetarian. The roast beef and lamb is especially good. The kitchen staff should be proud. The waiting staff are mostly really hard working but you have the occasional staff member who lets the side down a little, but don’t let that put you off. The housekeeping team are equally impressive. Our room was always cleaned well. The entertainment team are very good. They put on loads of games and quizzes and work really hard. We can’t really fault the hotel on anything. I think there are one or two areas that are heading towards needing a refurb but these are all quite minor. After getting engaged in Cyprus a few years back there was only one place we were going to get married and we decided to do it at the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel. What a fantastic hotel, the location, the staff, the food, it was faultless. From the moment we arrived, Emil and Llina from the wedding team put us at ease and made the whole experience a breeze. From talking us through each element to helping with organising the wedding venues, to table and food options, photography and guessed passes, they made it fun and enjoyable. The food at the Louis Imperial Beach is wonderful, one of the best all-inclusive hotels I’ve eaten at with a fantastic choice of food no matter what time of day. Our 5-course wedding dinner was out of this world, 5 star and the staff so attentive, they spoilt us. Our wedding day was amazing, everything went like clock-work and we were treated like royalty. They truly make it a magical experience. The staff at the Louis Imperial Beach make it a very special place to get married and thank you Chris for your wonderful candlelight dinner. If you are thinking of getting married in Paphos then the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel should be the one. Thank you, Christakis and your team, for making our wedding so special. Good clean quality all inclusive hotel very peaceful and relaxing. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very friendly. Pool area on our side of hotel was quiet and relaxed drinks were brought to your sun beds regularly when you wanted them animation team were not overly pushy which for me was a bonus. When we checked in the manager and some of the staff served us with a welcome drink which was much appreciated. Food and drinks were good quality and varied you could always find something to eat and drink.Location of the hotel is about 20 minute walk from the harbour and its attractions. So all in all a really good relaxing holiday plus a nice touch on checkout the manager and some of the staff seen us on to the transfer coach and thanked us for staying at this hotel.

What a lovely hotel, it’s beautiful and the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The travel agent booked it for our honeymoon but she booked a room with two single beds, the reception manager was brilliant as the hotel was busy but she still managed to get us a room with a double bed and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding. Alex the bar manager makes the tomorrow juice to die for they are delicious.

This hotel has the friendliest and most attentive staff we have ever experienced. From the moment of arrival everyone is happy, polite and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern with great storage. The food selection is absolutely fantastic, the breakfast has lots of choices and they offer fresh omelettes as well as continental, fruits yogurts cereal and full english as well as the option to make your own tea. The staff bring you fresh coffee every morning. Lunch has been outstanding with so many fresh salads and meat or fish options. They also had pizzas and lots of desserts. Evening meals have been fantastic also with a theme each night. The warm dessert corner is a great touch for us British with serving apple pie, bread and butter pudding, chocolate sponge and more every evening. Anna waitress has been lovely and made our experience very special. Jess at the pool bar has also been super friendly and provided us drinks by the pool all day long. The evening entertainment is a little secluded in the ballroom but to be honest it allowed the lobby bar and lounge areas to be quiet for card games and chit chat. I would maybe suggest they have a piano player or violin player a couple times a week to entertain the majority of guests in this area every night. Hotel location is great, you can walk along the seafront for up to 4km and pass lots of local restaurants, shops and coffee shops. We walked to the harbour most mornings for a fresh orange or ice cream. There is also a shopping mall 10 min taxi or 50min walk with shops and food chains. The Fiki restaurant and the burger restaurant have been 10/10 also, the food is honestly so tasty and is served so fast. Everyone has been fantastic here. Thank you for a great holiday.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years 3 times a year.we have stayed at other hotels along the beech front but none and I mean none come close to the louis imperial.the staff are so helpful they can't do enough for you.Elena head of the front desk is an amazing lady so so helpful nothingness to much trouble.We have nothing negative to say about the hotel. the food is lovely always a good choice.the hotel is spotless. Holiday got off to a great start with a lovely welcome drink, despite arriving at nearly midnight! Check in was very efficient, all you had to was fill in a form with your passport details etc. Any issues we had were sorted with and the managers checked up every day to make sure everything was okay. Food was generally pretty good, a few things could’ve occasionally been a little warmer but the selection was always great, especially salad wise! Cocktails were always tasty and they were consistent at all bars. Staff were knowledgeable and it was great that waiters took orders from the sunbeds. The rooms were well presented and were kept in good order by the considerate housekeeping team. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would come back. A special thank you to Mahmoud in the restaurant and Cap Saif the lifeguard for being attentive and friendly!

The hotel has modern rooms. The staff is very well trained. The ladies at the reception are very well trained, led by Mrs. Elena who we thank for the accommodation.Thanks to Mr. Alex bar manager.Thank you Cristian antarteiman.The pool is clean and very well maintained. The indoor one was also well heated.The meals in the restaurant very good and for all tastes. All in all a wonderful stay surrounded by wonderful people. Very good value for money. We will be back!
