非常完美的一次入住體驗，晚上八點多才到酒店，從進門開始一切都非常周到，接待的小姐姐美出天際。驚喜的被升了房，整個酒店很新、很美，可以體驗的項目多，包括各種泳池，spa，私人海灘。每個酒店員工都極具服務意識，所有的訴求都得到了滿足。我們在這個酒店呆了整整一天，完全是放鬆度假的狀態。如果可以，我會給10星

酒店地理位置有點遠， 如不是自駕遊不太建議 但酒店外觀很美，設施很齊全，有很多泳池。房屋設計風格不錯，只是較暗。 服務很好

房間很乾凈。還是很喜歡這個酒店的。服務也很好，前台小哥哥很有耐心，每一個服務人員都面帶微笑。如果下次去，還是會選擇這個酒店。重點是景色無敵。

De grandes difficultés d’expression et de communication de la part de l’équipe. Je pense que entre eux ils ne se comprennent pas. L’anglais n’est pas acquis pour tout le personnel. Néanmoins, certaines personnes a l’accueil sont tres aimables. Manque d’animation, assez ennuyant. Mais la piscine reste tres sympathique

Very beautiful hotel and facilities! Very polite and friendly hotel staff, every day. Food at the main buffet restaurant was varied and good. We got an upgraded room which was even more amazing. Highly recommendable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Problem after problem with this hotel, really can’t be bother with place, card for doors constantly not working having to hike up and down, air con in room doesn’t work, called reception trying to tell them is like hitting your head against the wall, fact I got a reply of ‘what?’ When trying to explain says it all. Ala carta restaurant is just a mess, to be told we hadn’t booked when clearly showed on our phone, took them 15mins to seat us when it was dead… further 20mins to serve us when telling no one took our order and further 1hr 30mins to get our food (we only ordered mains) this was 130 euro bill for 2 people may I add joke. … room are clean is bonus fridge in room didnt work also, having private pool was ok if not on central walk way of everyone walking past and having scraping chair above you all night by people above you. 4 grand i would happily use wisely next time and not on this hotel £4,000 man for this experience is WILD. Happy to go home soon which is worst thing to be feeling while away.

We were a group of friends and we had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was excellent, the rooms are nice with an amazing sea view. We took a taxi and visited the neighboring town Rthymnon . We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Whilst our experience as a couple was such that it was hard to not give 5 stars, the Royal Senses is not quite 5 star but well on its way to being so with a few tweaks. The staff are undoubtedly magnificent, particularly in the restaurant where there is clearly a strong team ethic which is focussed on customer service. The buffet was of a high standard, with the desserts being the clear highlight. After 5 or 6 evening meals there was the sense that the food became samey, however they did have the Mitato à la càrte upon to offer some variety, and this was very good indeed. sadly, the cretamos was not open (too early on the season, perhaps) and this did mean the choices beyond the buffet restaurant were limited unless you visited the sister hotel, royal blue, a short walk from the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is remote.Rethymno is a 25 minute cab ride away, and a good option for a day trip or evening meal. Facilities wise, the pools looking out to sea looked great, but the mid-May weather made swimming a little less appealing.Nonetheless, the pools are beautiful and very long. We didn’t try the Spa or the gym. We were very surprised by the sheer number of babies and toddlers present during our stay. I’ll be honest, it became a bit of an issue during the buffet evening meals, with a fair few screaming child taking the romance down a notch. The resort seems to market itself as a family-friendly location and one for couples, and I struggle with that, particularly when restaurants are not being opened early season. We enjoyed fantastic sunsets from the restaurant, and took walks down to the quiet beach pretty each day rather than lie by the pool. The pool areas were busy, and it’s possible that some of those enjoying the pool had taken the walk up the hill from the Royal Blue hotel. There’s lots going for this hotel.The staff are possibly the best I’ve encountered anywhere, and the food was very good and facilities very good. We had a nice week but will likely seek out a more adult-oriented hotel for our next beach adventure. That’s not the fault of the hotel, but more a reflection of society today, where those with very young children are not interested in doing what’s right for their children but what is right for them.

Don't even know where to start as a frequent traveler globally , this has to be on the top of my list of worst 5 star hotels. - Room- (1006)literally on top of DJ - House music at the bar? Who plays house music in a 5 start hotel, its not a W hotel. I called reception but phone doesn't work, so had to go to reception myself and complain, they said it would stop by 930PM....it didnt then they told me it is at 11, not very pleasant after a 20 hr flt - Finishings in room- not up to par, shower leaked and flooded the floors, TV crooked and can't adjust, outside of room all the dirty laundry left entire evening right outside the door - Next day they changed my room as they aid they couldn't change the night of arrival - New Room (1220)- Better but the bad experience continued as the shower fell apart and could not take a shower - Shower- Same as 1st room- floor flooded, no change of towels??? Did not expect this from a Hilton run hotel. - The day manager upon check out did make an effort to apologise but that didn't help my lousy experience, the only good thing that happened was day the day of check out.
