모달라 비치 리조트에 숙박했는데 전반적으로 만족스럽지 않았습니다.
먼저 조식은 먹을 만한 음식이 거의 없었습니다.
또한 리셉션 직원들의 응대가 친절하다고 느껴지지 않았고,
체크인시 에덴?이란직원 체크인 시간도 30분가랑 걸렀다
손님을 존중하기보다는 무시하거나 자기들보다 아래로 보는 듯한 태도를 받았다는 인상을 받았습니다.
객실 변경을 요청했을 때도,
프런트에서 조건 설명을 하면 될 일을 굳이 그방까지 직접 데리고 올라가 맘에드냐?
해당 객실은 하루 1만 페소를 추가로 내야 한다고 현장에서 요구했습니다.
금액과 조건은 카운터에서 충분히 설명할 수 있는 사항이라고 생각합니다.
또한 화장실 변기 물이 고장 난 것 같아 수리를 요청했지만,
직원이 실제로 도착하기까지 약 2시간이 소요되었습니다.
리조트의 서비스 대응 속도로는 매우 느린 편이었습니다.
종합적으로 서비스 품질과 직원 응대 측면에서 개선이 필요하다고 느꼈습니다.
I stayed at Modala Beach Resort, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service quality and unprofessional staff behavior.
First, the breakfast options were extremely limited, and the overall quality was far below what is expected from a resort.
It failed to meet even basic standards.
The most serious issue was the attitude and behavior of the reception staff.
During check-in, a staff member named Ethan handled the process, which took nearly 30 minutes.
Throughout the process, there was no sense of respect toward guests.
Instead, I strongly felt that the staff were dismissive and acted as if they were looking down on us.
The handling of my room change request was even more unacceptable.
Rather than explaining the conditions clearly at the front desk,
I was unnecessarily taken to the room and asked if I liked it,
and then was demanded to pay an additional 10,000 pesos per night on the spot.
This approach felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and lacking transparency.
All pricing and conditions should have been clearly explained at the counter.
In addition, when I reported that the toilet appeared to be malfunctioning,
it took approximately two hours for a staff member to arrive.
Such a response time is unacceptable for a resort-level property.
Overall, this stay revealed serious shortcomings in service quality, staff training, and customer care.
In its current condition, the property does not meet the standards expected of a resort.
