메가폴리스 호텔 파나마(Megapolis Hotel Panama)

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel due to some of the previous reviews. Our stay was fine though, and I would stay there again. The best part was the staff. All over the hotel, and especially the restaurants, pool area, and breakfast area, the staff were amazing! I would like to give a shout out to Jessica and Jose in Ciao, and Sulema at the Float Bar. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is huge and was fun to explore. The rooftop club was a lot of fun. The only issues we encountered were the check in was slow. Also, it takes 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. It is fine, but I hate seeing all that wasted water.

The hotel is nice and close to Multiplaza as well as Albrook Mall. However, the lighting in the room was not good and it seems as though there should be some renovation done on the hotel. It was a good experience overall but there is room for improvement in the meals served for breakfast as the options were limited.

The staff amazes me , a lot of good facilities , you never get bored in this hotel , I guess sometimes scale is a big advantage , very pleased overall

Formerly known as Hard Rock Cafe Panama, the new Megapolis has yet to put in place a restoration project on this property. The rooms were fairly clean, however doors, furniture, electronics (among other things) need changing. The pool furniture is filthy. There are no rules as to eating in the pool and so, the water wasnt all that clean either. The food is fair, but the variety is very poor.

The front desk people were so kind in allowing us an early check in and late check out due to our flights. However the rooms and halways are not clean there is limited dining. We had one meal there and all 4 of us were sick the next day. Although it might be the water. We were told that the water was fine to drink but it tasted terrible. So we asked if we could get some extra bottles for our room. They said no. ******* advertised that free mini bar was included. We recieved 2 beers for 4 people and it was like pulling teeth to get the other 2 beers. The top floor ( viewing ) deck has incredible views. But is completely abandoned which is a bit creepy. If they are trying to revitalize this hotel they have a long way to go.

There was no vending machines on property and all the restaurants closed early. There was a power outage and I had to change rooms 3 times. Money was also missing from my room on two separate occasions.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. It is a huge hotel which seems to have large portions of it that are not used. Most restaurants were not operating. Ciaou, the onsite restaurant was terrible. The included hotel breakfast was good. Staff were helpful, but it was apparent that there are operational issues. The room was spacious and well equipted, but the rooms and with the rest of the hotel are in obvious need of renovation. Its a good place to stay for a few days, but probably not the best for longer stays.

Quality building. It’s to big to manage. It’s not full, and much cost a fortune to operate. So with 25 percent occupancy they cannot fully staff.

We had a great time especially on the infinity pool deck. Very clean roons with good air conditioning. The hard rock cafe across the street in the mall was very convenient my third stay here.
