팔메토 인 & 스위트(Palmetto Beachfront Hotel, a by the Sea Resort)

I loved it was right on the beach. And the beach view room was so pretty to see thebpretty pool down below. Great value for the money v

I like the cleanliness of the room and other areas of the property. The hot tub was amazing 😍. What I didn't like was I had to wait almost 2 hours after check in for my room however, the reason was understandable. This is just a suggestion. Towel racks with clean towels should be placed in the pool and hot tub areas.

Property needs updating. Furnishings, carpet, appliances & linens were well worn & used. Hotel is on a nice beach, located on a busy street.

The main building was probably where we should have booked a room. But despite knowing that the North Building was not on the ocean side, the rate was not worth the quality of the room. The room was spacious, but the furniture looked like they have not been replaced since the 90’s. The microwave was making a loud noise when running. The property was old and unkempt. More of a really dated motel. We checked in at the main building lobby. They didn't have our reservation in the system. It was nice that we were able to use the hot tub in the main building ocean view. We will not choose and stay in this hotel/motel again.

Nice place. Great value. We had a few issues with our room. The sink leaked water all over the floor. Fellow came promptly and fixed it. The smoke alarm kept going off, after four visits by a repairman, he just removed it from the wall. Again prompt service. We were woke from a sound sleep the fourth time. I guess we expected a bit of a deal for all the inconvenience (maybe a free night)!!

They were in the process of changing management/ownership though we missed the old family touch of the previous owners but we hope they continue the same customer service they have provided. We always love Palmetto Inn.

Loved it! The staff are always super nice, the location is wonderful, and the accommodations are great.

Disliked poor handling of check in process room was paid for in advance and it took them a while to find my booking very limited parking , terrible smell when entering the room floors where not clean and mopped very sticky, the indoor pool was across the street in another hotel where as online it seem like the hotel had a indoor outdoor pool in the same building , liked the closeness of the beach and views what made us stay was the heated outdoor pools and hot tub

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and heated pool and hot tub was amazing! The room was spacious and clean! Great Balcony with great views!
