Very poor !!! Where do i start ? With the good points. The place is generally clean and tidy. The room that we had we clean and tidy. With a nice bed and nice shower. Thats the nice bits done. "That didnt take long" FOOD !! is awful !!!. Very little choice and what there was was often cold. But lets rewind a bit and start with finding a clean table to eat your meal with.That wasnt filled with the previous people used plates knifes forks etc etc. One night me and the wife litterally could not find table that was ok to eat at. LIFTS : At certain times of the day it was kaos trying to get a lift especially if your put on the 6th floor. I sometimes found it easier to walk. All INC DRINKS : The beer is very weak. I do enjoy a beer but found this poor. To such an extent i decided to buy a "wrist disc" from the reception. Due to the bar being a cashless if you get a "wrist disk" from reception you can put euros on that then go to the bar and by better higher standard drink with it. Well perhaps a couple ? I put 40 euros on my card then after the humiliation of being abruptly told I had no money on my card in front of other people stood at the bar i decided to go to the reception to find out what had gone on ? And low and behold i did have money on my disk !!! A quick heated spanish converstion then took place between the manager at the reception and the dazed and confused woman at the bar. Some moments later albeit still slightly embarrassed. I did eventually leave with a well earned bottle of magners. LOCATION: Palmanova is ultimately a place where most young nightclubbers seek refuge from the very close neighbouring magaluf they seek at night. "All night untill the early hours as a matter of fact" And is not for the faint hearted. Most mornings i went for a early morning jog before "tackling" breakfast and some of the sights albeit well policed were shocking. Inbetween palmanova and magaluf i never went one morning without seeing some instance where People laid unconscious all over the place or an ambulance wasnt road side collecting another young reveller. The local council workers do try frantically to keep the place clean but quiet honestly they are fighting a loosing battle its very unkept and scruffy in both places mentioned. ENTERTAINMENT None came on till 10 and the bit we seen was poor. CONCLUSION : We spoke to quiet a few couples whilst staying at tbe hotel and they were all of the same opinion.And that was they would never return. Just the little things like having no kettle in your room after paying for all inclusive. But you can rent one for so many euros each week ??Wouldnt you think they could stretch to a kettle in your room ? All in all very poor. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff that quiet frankly didnt look like they even wanted to be there. Couple that with the "Warzone esk" location and its the furthest thing from anything tranquil. 3/10 at best. Regretably a definate not going back there again !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Food wasn’t great and the restaurant has no atmosphere whatsoever. Location is fab, entertainment was adequate, pool area nice and relaxing although the beds were really stuffed in together! No space between you and the stranger next to you! Some of the bar staff were downright rude. There’s a knack to pouring beer at the self service and people were struggling…clearly the biggest pain point for bar staff and they are just so reluctant to help. Big queues at the bar. No menu to let you know what they serve. Rooms were spotless, and well looked after. All in all, we enjoyed our time here.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to describe what happened to me in this hotel. After a few days spent in the hotel, my fiancée and I are resting in the hotel room, it's around 7 p.m. Suddenly we hear loud banging on the door of our room, as if someone was hitting the door lock with a hammer. I ran to the door and shouted to let the person banging on the door know that someone was in the room. However, I didn't open the door because I was afraid it might be an armed burglar and I didn't want to put us at risk of death during our vacation. The noise stopped and the person who was banging on the door left without a word. Still not opening the door and remaining in the room, we called the hotel reception and told them what had happened. We had a big problem explaining what happened, because the person at the reception did not know English well, which seems to be a necessity in a hotel reception, but ok. After a few minutes of waiting, the phone rang from the reception and we were told that it was a technician who performed regular repairs . The whole situation is suspicious because there are no cameras that can see this part of the corridor, and when I shouted to this person, he did not answer that he was a hotel technician to calm me down, he just ran away. I warn you against this hotel.

The hotel was was spotless clean all staff were very friendly from dining staff to bar staff the hotel was great no problems with getting sunbeds the only problem there is no back ground music at the poolside but viktoria the entertainment girl was very good a got us into play all the games during the day and was great at night to she was only herself but is a credit to the hotel and louis the bar guy was brilliant and friendly to he remembered our drinks order and was really good for information regarding the area and ana who worked the bar down pool side bar was lovely and spoke good english the 3 off them made this trip and are a credit to this hotel all a say dont believe every review you read its a great hotel location is brilliant and food is ok but you have so many good restaurants to eat in right next to hotel the only bad thing is they dont pass on the good reviews to staff mentioned in them and the safes not been free is shocking as 40 euros for the week and charging 3euros a day for iron is bad me my wife and brother and sister in law payed 900 pound each for 1 week all inclusive from 29september then getting charged for extras is not good

Having been to this hotel three years previously thought we should return big mistake. Food absolutely disgusting tasteless cold give it a miss. Bar staff nice( Louis) but ran out of some drinks beer prosecco . Bed sheets not changed in two weeks rooms not cleaned properly. Entertainment a joke will not return to this hotel ever.

The location is good & that really is the only good thing I can say. Pool area filthy had to report it to rep as staff did nothing. Food is awful & when I say cold it really was cold. Bingo is a joke we paid €27 (9€each for book of 6) we won the full house & only got paid €23. Drinks were awful there was never any glasses in the evening so if you get one keep hold of it.

There was no atmosphere in the restaurant, it was very clinical, no background music, the food was not kept warm enough ( apart from the show cooking, which was lovely, hot and tasty). There was no background music round the pool, and why not start the evening entertainment earlier? - say 9pm. The rooms were lovely and clean and the other staff were great but I won't be back.

GREAT HOTEL.TEA AND COFFEE TRAY WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IN THE ROOM BUT NOT A REAL COMPLAINT.WE ARE RETURNING AGAIN IN OCTOBER 2024.WE STAYED IN ROOM B25 OVERLOOKING THE POOL AREA.THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF.

Lovely hotel but very disappointed. On arrival we booked a double superior room. Girl gave us the key went up to fifth floor room 515 and it was looking out to the road. Husband went back downstairs girl said.Oh sorry I forgot the volleyball team has booked the hotel out and your room is used by them. She told us you will be number one on my list next day to get a Room with a pool view. We never got it she never came for us so we paid for the room we never got it. The food was shocking They ran out of soft drinks on Sunday and didn't refill the gas so we had no soft drinks. Yesterday they ran out of beers and lagers so they didn't refill them either. No staff Victoria the Animation girl was a Star poor girl was going from cleaning tables to working in restaurant and doing Animation. She was lovely fantastic worker. Also big talk slim lifeguard was a lovely young man to. Lous bar tender was a lovely man to. The food was poor quality cheap and we had to eat out all the time. We were all inclusive will never stay in the hotel ever again.
