Just come back from a week's stay. Lovely clean hotel. Little smaller and more relaxed than I'm used to. Couldn't fault the food, and the staff were lovey. Fa and Jesus always had a lovely smile to greet you when you entered the dining room 😁. If you are after a quiet and relaxing holiday, then this is the place to come. Thanks to all.. Dave

We’ve just returned from a fantastic, 3 night stay here. The location is perfect, right on the seafront at the quieter end of town with an array of upmarket restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. The major highlight of this was the staff at this hotel. Everyone we came across was so friendly, everyone said this morning or have a nice day when we were going out for the day even the maintenance staff! A particular shout out to the ladies on the reception team and the bar team. They were all extremely efficient in dealing with any requests and every one of them was smiling. It was lovely to see. The hotel was very clean including communal areas and rooms. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Palmanova you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a great stay and we’ll certainly be back in the not too distant future!

Just fabulous! What a lovely relaxing four day break with my friend celebrating my special birthday. Loved Palmanova and her cute little beach. Fergus Style Palmanova- brilliant location, fab view and amenities. Staff are a credit to the hotel. We’ll be back!

Stayed at this hotel as part of the Tennis & Hotel Package from Vilas Tennis Academy. Perfect location for this tennis camp, 5min walk to the courts and right at the beach. Definitely worth to go for the seaview rooms with plenty of sunshine on the balcony. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facilities with the pool very nice, great for some recovery and tanning in between the tennis sessions. :-) In addition, lots of food options available right around.

From the beginning of my holiday to the very end the staff at this hotel where amazing, the reception staff in particular where so helpful as I was on my own sometimes the little things I needed they helped with ,the cleanliness, the food all first class needless to say I will come again .

Our third time back with Jet 2 which says it all really. We paid extra for a sea view room and had a view identical to your review picture. Rooms are on the small side but with a decent balcony. Kettle and coffee maker (Nespresso) in the room replenished daily. The staff are wonderful and will do anything to help. Beach towels available on request. Food is buffet service ( breakfast and dinner), food quality is good but could be kept hotter. There is a small pleasant bar at the front of the hotel but no lounge area and no entertainment in March when we were there ( but lots going on in the surrounding area). The hotel wasn't busy in March and Palma Nova was just getting ready for the start of the main season at Easter so not everything was open but still plenty of choice to eat out. Buses stop just down the road en route to Palma and Santa Ponsa / Magaluf and there is a dedicated airport bus in the season. Taxi rank just outside the door - taxi into Palma 20 Euros. Be aware that the buses are converting to cashless so use your bank card to tap in and out and you get to pay half the fare ! The weather was glorious in March - we were there for ten nights and it was 20-25c sunny skies daily. This is a small modern Boutique hotel so as long as you don't seek full five star big hotel facilities it's a great place to stay in a quiet part of Palma Nova

Beautiful hotel & facilities. Stunning pool, beside beach and in town area. Exceptional friendly staff. Staff could not do enough for everyone. Food also exceptional. Buffet breakfast was best every had. We were all delighted with our stay. 4 nights.

The most beautiful place in the area. All staff are amazing and always have a smile on their faces. Our room faces the sea and the View was outstanding. Had 1h of free sauna and spa and a delightful buffet dinner at night. Breakfast is always fresh and full of choices.
