很有設計感，頂樓的小泳池也不錯，有不一樣的體驗。位置也很好，去哪裡都基本步行，好吃的也多

Ein sehr gediegenes und schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Palma. Einchecken war schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel. Der recht hohe Preis ist bei dieser Lage und Ausstattung durchaus gerechtfertigt. Allein der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher ein Stehpool und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

We enjoyed our 4 days at the hotel. An initial problem with the air conditioning was sorted very quickly and the duty Manager, Carla, was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Also a great, central location. Highly recommended and we are coming back in September. Thank you to Carla and the team.

We stayed for 2 nights and LOVED this beautiful hotel. I spent a while researching Palma hotels and am so glad I chose this one. Pretty, quiet, safe street but easy walking to everything, short distance to the public car park, stylish rooms, lovely warm indoor (small) pool & sauna, delicious breakfast, friendly staff (Daniel was amazing and we felt so welcome on arrival), roof top area with great views which will be lovely in the summer. I could go on. All perfect thank you so much. Palma is so lovely - you should go and stay here! Angela x

Un hotel que superó nuestras expectativas, muy bien ubicado cerca de los sitios importantes, la atención de los empleados excelente, sobre todo de Daniel q nos recibió, Giovana y Talo que siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El desayuno variado y buena calidad de alimentos Muy recomendado.

Excelente experienxia en conjunto. Hotel bellisimo y super bien ubicado. Cada miembro del Personal desde la cocina los kozos el Personal de limoieza las recepcionistas en el front desk y la Directora son de una amabilidad y calidez fuera de serie. Un placer. In duda volveriamos al Sant Jaume.

Mallorca is a great, relaxing island and Sant Jaume Hotel was an excellent location for our stay. The staff was outstanding: they helped us with recommendations and reservations as needed. We were able to purchase tickets for tours and events at the front desk and they helped us with planning, directions and other information. (We speak minimal Spanish. Their English is excellent and we had no language issues).

The welcome from Gala and all of the front desk staff is worthy of a 5 star rating. They really went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible - including restaurant recommendations which were all fantastic. The hotel is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast service is delicious (the staff serving breakfast also deserve a special mention). Also, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old city of Palma - only minutes walk from all of the sights but in a very quiet location.
