Well.. the room looked very nice. We did the city and went back had a lovely drink at the top floor with gorgeous view of the harbor and all the rooftops around. Went to bed and the bed linen smelled like the been used in the gym. The towels smelled bad. The AC is good to have during summer, but when it’s started it was like a fan blowing hard towards the bed, and a very noisy one as well! The room was close to the reception and the door to the room does no keep out any noice , rooms above is easy to hear from, oh almost forgot … Saturday morning is a good thing to hire a carpenter to fix things with a hammer at the hotel. ……WHY!!!! So when thinking back on the arrogant male receptionist meeting us to check in we were foolish to think we meet the lowest level, no no… (the receptionist later on had an understanding of what service is). When complaining when checking out in a very polite way the same arrogant receptionist looked like he did not know what we where talking about. Never will come back And, please, don’t use room 001, even if it’s for free!

When we arrived and checked in at the hotel the receptionist had a nonchalant attitude. He looked like and behaved as he couldn’t care less. The aircondition was loud and was directed straight towards the bed. Therefore we had to turn it off, otherwise we couldn’t sleep. Hence it became to warm to sleep. Rather early in the morning, at 8.30, someone started to make a very loud noise, as if someone hammered in steel. Later we found out that it was a Plummer that was working with the drain in another room in the hotel. Also the sheet/bed didn’t smell well, like it wasn’t fresh, nor the towels. I can’t recommend anyone to stay here, especially not at this price.

This was my second visit to Santa Clara and this time I took my sister. I love the hotel. Good location. Very clean, tidy and modern but at the same time quirky with beautiful internal stone walls. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was brilliant too. All in all cannot fault the hotel and will definitely return. My sister loved it too.

Lovely rooms and friendly reception staff. Location in the old town is very tricky for car access but great for walking to the cathedral (around 10 mins). The hotel had a lovely boutique feel and should have been great, but we felt a few things could have been better. Breakfast was ok, the made-to-order options were nice, breakfast staff weren’t particularly friendly. The cleaning staff were friendly, but the cleaning wasn’t great; cups were left unwashed etc. There is a really lovely Turkish bath and sauna in the basement, which is free to use - just need to book at reception so they can make sure it’s ready for you.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of August. Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. We asked for fresh milk for our room as we are tea drinkers and they not only provided it but thoughtfully waited until we were back after a day out to send it up so it was super fresh! The staff also helped us out with directions for a pick up from a taxi - excellent service. The breakfasts were gorgeous and delicious with everything you could want from pastries to full cooked. Beautiful roof terrace too overlooking the old convent! Can’t recommend enough!

We had the pleasure of staying at Santa Clara Hotel for 7 nights at the beginning of September for our Honeymoon. To say we looked after is an understatement! The staff are amazing. Helpful, accommodating, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The roof top is the most beautiful space with views that are breath-taking. The room was delightful, spacious, clean, cool and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal and in easy walking access to everything you could need to visit and enjoy. This has now become a destination we intend to visit once a year to relive some magical memories. Once again, I would like to thank the staff for their care and help.

Everything was very nice and the personnel is phantastic. However you need to clean the drainage in the wash basin since the odur is very bad coming from the sink. Apart from that it was on of the nicest hotels we ever had a chance to visit and we will be back.

The hotel is gorgeous, the room was great, the scenery is nice and staff is friendly and helpful. We got some complamentary CAVA after check-in ... wonderful. We even got a good price on the stay. But we had two issues with the place. We could hear every word of our neighbours call at 4.20 am, before an early flight. We could even hear the person our neighbour was talking to very clearly. The sewers kept smelling from the shower after it was left alone for a few hours. I don't blame the hotel too much, it might be a temporary issue due to few guests in the hotel. But the smell was quite bad and lowers the grader for this stay. Once they fix this issue, it is a lovely hotel.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Palma that’s easily walkable to main highlights. Service was exceptional with hotel staff anticipating our needs and going above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. Beautiful rooftop space for drinks and sauna in the basement. We will stay here again the next time we are in Palma!
