The service Alfredo, Ross and staff provide is the best ! From booking, to check in and during our stay. Wonderful early AM continental breakfast with fresh goodies and fruit. Comfy bed, luxury sheets and towels. Gare Mo keeps the grounds and pool area in top notch shape. Our 7 th visit and grounds have not looked better. Excellent location close to downtown and nearby restaurants such as Spencer"s and Melvin's. The finest resort we have stayed at for service and relaxation. Can't thank everyone for looking after us on our anniversary. Very romantic setting, in a wonderful neighborhood.

This is our 4th vacation at The Lucille, formerly Andalusian Court, and we were pleased and impressed, as always. We loved the new Continental Breakfast. The remodel is high quality and still homey and comfortable. There are so many special touches and places to relax and enjoy the gardens. Ross and Alfredo are so fun, interesting and had many great suggestions for things to do. We will be back next year.

We stayed right as they finished the recent remodel, so everything was fresh and new in the villa. The location is great, very walkable to downtown for dining and shopping, with parking available. Villa 2 is a 1 bedroom with a full eat-in kitchen. We appreciated the full kitchen and the quiet a**osphere. Alfredo and Ross were great working with us in advance of our arrival and during our entire week long stay. They were both very friendly and eager to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They gave us a tour of the property so we could see the other villas and what they've updated during the remodel. We enjoyed the time we spent with each of them getting to know them and more about the hotel and the Palm Springs area. The grounds are beautiful, including the always heated pool and the outdoor kitchen - along with the grapefruit and lemon trees. We'd gladly stay again. It's a favorite in Palm Springs vs the larger resorts we've tried there.

The property is adorable! We stayed in Unit 1, and it had such character. It was roomy and renovated. The property is like your own oasis in Palm Springs. The staff was more than welcome and likeable. You know them, and they know you, but they give you complete privacy unless otherwise engaged with. The internet is sketchy. Some renovation hiccups. But, definitely will stay again!

My wife and I rented Villa 1 for a few days. It is a wonderful property with tons of privacy. Alfredo provided excellent local recommendations and Ross made amazing fresh grapefruit cocktails in the afternoon. The heated pool and included breakfast are also wonderful. Highly recommend!

One of the best places I have stayed. One block from all the action. It’s so comfortable and super cool. 😎 Very modern yet with that Mexican Hacienda theme. I wish l could give it 11 out of 10!

We chose this property for our first visit to Palm Springs and to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. It was the perfect spot with just the right amount of privacy and options to enjoy ourselves with other guests. Currently, renovations are just in the finishing stage with new owners and management. Alfredo and Ross could not have been more warm, welcoming and helpful to us in getting the most out of our stay. The updates to this gorgeous property only help enhance what was already a lovely, secluded (yet highly accessible) villa setting so close to the best part of the city. We walked to almost all our restaurants, each recommended location somehow better than the last. Fantastic shopping, museums, natural wonders and a spectacular brand new Spa were almost too much to take in, so we’re already making plans to come again so we can spend more time on the grounds, enjoying the private outdoor tubs, lovely pool and gathering areas, and the amazingly lush landscape so well cared for. Each new unit is unique, so we plan to book ahead for our next adventure there…can hardly wait to see what it will all look like upon completion!

This was a three night stay nested into a road trip around California and was booked well in advance of our departure from the UK. Prior to arrival, I was provided with the pass codes to enter the main gates and the Villa which removed the need for keys and cards and found this system worked very well. There was ample free parking outside the gates of the property which is located in a nice quiet residential area and you do need your code to enter the gate to the property. We were staying in Villa 4 which transpired had a bit of history and on entering was impressed at how management has been able to retain the character of the villa while still being able to provide modern essential elements such as flat screen TV's in the lounge and bedroom, effective air con (which was desperately needed during our stay there due to the hot desert climate) and kitchen appliances - the large fridge being a great asset for keeping your drinks cool. A welcome pack of snacks was provided on arrival with a booklet of information offering all the information you need. We had a patio with table and chairs provided and an area with a fire pit and whirlpool to the side of the villa - both totally exclusive to us however, there was a nice communal area where a fire pit was available and of course the pool with a barbecue provided for those who needed one. The grounds were immaculately maintained and there was even a fruit picker on a pole to take the citrus fruit from the trees on the property. I am a very light sleeper and any noise will awaken me, however, that was certainly not an issue here and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fitted with both a tub and a shower and the kitchen had everything you need with respect to appliances and pans, cups, cutlery etc. The location was ideal as it was only a short walk into the town and I noticed that some guests arrived by taxi, however, having a car as we did, allowed us to travel to out of town supermarkets for supplies but if you don't have a car, you will be fine. Sitting in your own private area under the orange trees with a cold glass of wine with humming birds and butterflies for company was bliss - and the silence was a joy to behold. This stay was such a welcome change from chain hotels that lack character and charm and my only regret was that we didn't allocate more time in Palm Springs to enjoy more time at the Andalusian Court. On our return home, I received an Email from management thanking us for our stay and was asked to respond if we could suggest any improvements that may enhance the experience. The reality was that we couldn't - only just keep on doing what you are doing! A great experience.

This our groups third year in a row staying in this beautiful, quaint boutique hotel…. With only 7 rooms we take over the whole place for the weekend and with a great pool and bbq you can cook or walk within minutes to downtown Palm Springs… My fiancée really likes the sauna tub, that are outside each room!!
