I love my timeshare. Always great weather, friendly folks, activities. I always have things to do, activities to attend. Easy walk to great places to eat. Easy walk to the Marriott or the Ritz. Awesome sushi at Marriott hotel. Great spa at the Ritz.

An outstanding property. Clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Villa was excellent. Close to many good restaurants. Great pools and lazy river. Con...palapa and pool chair system detracts from a peaceful vacation. Also, some parents need to have better control over their kids.

Been staying at this property for over 10 years! The staff is nice, but the facility is run down…the bar at the pool still has damage for the storm 2 years back. The gym equipment is old and outdated. For a family visit the place is fine and the amenities will keep the kids busy. Do not stay here if you are planning to do business, even for only a few hours per day, the internet is a joke! It’s down half the time and the speed is like using the old dial up services. Download speed is 1.88 mbps, upload is 3.60! I hope Marriott is planning on updating this property ASAP! PCUSA Rating: C

Pool is awesome: the pool is a kids favorite and the lazy river is pretty cool. WiFi sucks: If you’re thinking about working remotely from the hotel while on vacation here then please consider getting a mobile hotspot. We stayed here an entire week and the WiFi never worked properly more than a few hours. Beach is sticky: There is something sticky on the bottom of the beach here — likely from all the boats. Lots of restaurants on the beach: the location of the hotel is perfect. You’ll never run out of options for good food nearby on the beach or on the hotel row. Service is average: you’ll find the restaurant on the property is understaffed. Better service and food quality around the hotel and near the hotel than inside it. My recommendation is to save your money and stay at a cheaper property on the south end of the beach near the courtyard Marriott. We stayed there for three nights and loved the value and access to the better part of the beach area.

The staff (specifically Jenard, Alexander & Emmanuel) were fantastic! They made the trip feel special, and made our trip that much more memorable. My fiancé and I got engaged during our trip, and Jenard, Alexander & Emmanuel went above and beyond to make it a trip we wouldn’t forget! They are efficient, friendly, and personable. The only knock I would have on Jenard is that he prefers Real Madrid over Liverpool FC! They made the Flip Flop Bar a place we looked forward to going to each day of our trip. 5/5 stars!

Stayed here with a bunch of families for our daughter’s spring break. Location was good and we found the room fine. I read all the bad reviews about the beach huts. As long as you are on the app at 5:30 I never had a problem as no one in our group of 40 had an issue. As long as you are fine with the 900 row you should have no issues. We did watch a couple people lose their minds over the beach chairs and pool chairs but thought the staff handled it well😜

While the rooms-are spacious, it’s time to update the decor. Love the new towels and the towel machines. Much better than waiting on line for towels. Overall, the beach and pool are too crowded and if you are not on line at the exact moment you cannot get a palapa. Makes the vacation much less relaxing. All staff are friendly and try to be very accommodating. Love Aruba but the Surf Club is consistently too crowded!

The kids are guaranteed to have a great time. The staff is lovely, the location is great and the lazy river is where you'll find me. Everyone who visits is always friendly, which makes for a great vacation. The staff is absolutely incredible. Always so warm and friendly. The food by the pool is delicious for breakfast and lunch. Easy to have food delivered too and cook on the grills if you'd like. Can't wait to return!

Love this place! I've been going there for the past 10 years and yes I love it. Everyone is very helpful and nice. I would love to be easier to get a palapas at the beach and maybe the system to only allow a family of 4- 6 to only rent 1 palapas per day . This way everyone can get one based on the amount of travelers are renting certain period of the year. That is the only negative thing I have to say. Otherwise, I'll see you in May. Thank you for having such a nice resort.
