房間將就，勝在地理位置，逛累了回去休息一下又可以出來逛了，一定要郵件聯繫好入住時間，大門關着，入住服務在樓內，比較不方便

Gute Lage

The staff were delightful: courteous and helpful, always keen to assist and give advice for experiencing Palermo. We had a very comfortable room. The terrace in the roof has a superb rooftop view. It’s where you have breakfast and there’s access to it all day. Location is amazing: 2 minutes’ walk from city centre. A special treat was the kettle in the room, not so common in Sicily.

Pro : Staff is gentle and help us a lot on where to go in Palermo and places to avoid. They offer good breakfast and everything is clean. Cons : There is economy made in rooms that let us disappointed such as no glasses, no wine opener, the bed was bad and really noisy. When we tried to call the reception about the problem, no body answer us. Conclusion : Mixed feelings because of little touch that was missing.

Terrific place all around. Nice people, centrally located (in an old city, I could see how parking could be a challenge… but that’s part of the experience). Breakfast views are amazing. Our second stay, and I’d go back for a third one.

Personale super gentile, colazione abbondante e buonissima su una terrazza con una vista spettacolare, camere rimodernate e spaziose; noi avevamo anche un piccolo spazio all'aperto all' interno della stanza, una specie di piccolo spazio privato, perfetto per fumatori, o per chi voleva suonare il suo strumento come mio marito senza disturbare nessuno e per rilassarsi prima di andare a letto (vedi foto allegate) Insomma un soggiorno perfetto! Inutile dire che Palermo è una bellissima città !!! Ci torneremo!!

We could see very beautiful city view and we could eat wonderful breakfast. We want to came back again. And stuffs are so friendly.

We have just returned from Palermo. We loved this B&B/Hotel. It is in the heart of the city. It is situated in a side street behind a huge door which opens to reveal steps leading to the B&B. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Vito on the reception desk gave us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Breakfast is a lovely, varied feast with a wide selection of foods, including cakes made by Barbara, the owner. Lovely to be able to eat breakfast outside with the beautiful view. Bliss. Our room looked like it had recently been renovated with aircon, comfortable bed, big shower etc. The owners are lovely. We would definitely recommend staying here- you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed with any of their recommendations. We would certainly go back, if our paths lead us to Palermo again.
