Friendly staff always willing to help no matter I have no complaints. Just back from a week there. Where they will take you to your apparent min a wee buggy which is good they will also pick you up if you wave them down. Was good for me as I have asthma and so of the road is quite steep

I just want to say thank you to the team everyone of you made our experience perfect. Beautiful tranquil location and incredible hospitality. Big thanks to Magda who drove to get my husband's lost phone back . I can't praise the staff highly enough. Thanks for a awesome holiday

Beautiful hotel, with lovely staff and amazing views. I had a lovely facial and massage at the Aegeo spa with Maria, if this wasn’t our last day I would be booking another treatment. The restaurant staff have been incredibly helpful, as I have a number of food intolerances, sous chef helped me with all of my meals and even made an incredible moussaka which was to die for. We were lucky enough to be placed in a villa with a private pool. The rooms are beautiful, the view incredible and the private pool may well have spoilt all further hotel pools for life. The Culinarium restaurant down by the beach, was exceptional. The food was incredible and they made very allowance for my diet including making me a special risotto. I hope to be able to come back to this lovely island and hotel again soon.

My husband and I have enjoyed our stays at this hotel... .. it's clear from the description that it's remote and built on a hillside and one of the reasons we still choose it. We love it's remoteness and the exercise we take (when we choose not to take the regular buggies).. The views are stunning and a great place to get away from it all. If you're looking for a party party hotel then another hotel may be your preference, although sitting in the evening listening to the voices of the Tenors (one of the group entertainers at the Grand Med) with the backdrop and acoustics of the mountain is an experience to remember.. One of the key asset's of this hotel is it's staff - notably, a warm welcome from all on Reception (Katrina, Magda, Annie to mention a few), all Restaurant staff, Beach Bar staff, Porters and not forgetting Costas on the beach. Embrace and relax......

Currently staying at the hotel for our baby moon whilst 26 weeks pregnant, so we booked especially for its spa facilities. The atmosphere and ambience of the spa is excellent and the therapists very informative and inviting. I had the black lava facial which I’d highly recommend. My skin is glowing!!! My therapist Mikella was fantastic, calming and so lovely to talk to. I would say it’d be 5* + if the spa offered massages suitable for pregnancy as they are so beneficial.

On arrival at the hotel the welcome was warm and very friendly, hotel lobby is very clean , tidy and modern, check in was swift and very simple . We were allocated room 213 which is a sea view room , very clean , tidy and balcony was lovely!! The TV was a little old and could do with updating. The hotel is located on the side of a very steep hill with over 463 steps from the bottom block of rooms , there is a lift that runs along side of all rooms with various stops but this doesn’t necessarily mean it will stop on your floor as there are only 4pick up points for the rooms and 1 for the beach / beach bar . The main pool area is amazing with the most amazing views!! The bar staff are so friendly but also very busy at times and you just feel that an extra person would make life so much easier on the other staff at peak times, the bar staff do go around all day and night taking drink orders and bring them to your sun loungers/ tables which is a lovely touch especially when you just want to relax, a huge shout out to Demitri aka idris and Periklis for making our holiday so much fun !! Two best bar men !! The food here has been amazing and a good verity to choose from , Good hearty breakfast with so much to choose from , the meats are really fantastic with quality cuts cooked to perfection!! The beach bar also serve lunch which is really good offering something a little different and it is nice to have food served to you sometimes instead of going to the main buffet restaurant. The al’cart is really good !! You get to make one reservation a week and we highly recommend it !! All in all we have had a relaxing holiday here at the Atlantica Grand Mediterraneo resort and I think that the fact you are so isolated from the hustle and bustle of any towns makes it even more relaxing.

Spent a week in this lovely hotel - an impressive area surrounded by green woodland and sea. We had a half board booking through TUI and all was simply fantastic. The food is out of this world with wide range off starters, selection of main courses and amazing puddings. The staff were also simply incredible. Highlighly recommended. Being on the side of a steep hill, there are golf buggies frequently taking guests up and down. My suggestion is to get onto floors 1 and 2 rather than higher. We were on floor 4 and the concrete corridors were rather unpleasant. Having said that, the experience makes up for any shortfalls. beautiful

Just got back from a week with friends, a party of four. Firstly thank You to the lovely staff. We had a really nice holiday. So why 4 stars and not five. Whilst the pro's outweighed the cons, there are a few things to feedback. Good Points. Stunning Location Very friendly Staff Very clean Hotel Good Food Very relaxing Great Value for money The location is stunning. Corfu is green and beautiful. The water is clear. The hotel is on top of a cliff overlooking a small beach and clear sea. The road from the bottom to the top is the steepest I have ever seen. We are fit and active, so no problem. Our rooms were half way up and we walked it multiple times a day. There are a few older people there who struggled. There is a funicular railway from the beach, but it is slow and you may wait a while. There are electric carts constantly going up and down who will pick you up, but again you may wait a short time for an empty one. This is not a negative criticism, just a fact you should know about if you are limited in movement or not fully fit. It is about 25 minutes from the Airport. You can get a bus from the hotel into Corfu Town in 30 minutes for 28 Euros return per couple which is reasonable. We hired quadbikes from Spiros in reception for 60 Euros each and went around the Island. Spiros was great, he hires cars too. Very funny man, with such a dry sense of humour. Had us laughing. Highly recommend visiting Kassiopi which is stunning and Corfu Town. There are trips and boat trips, but as it was only a week, just wanted to relax around the beach and pool. The vast majority of staff were very polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are really nice. Decent size. Well laid out and clean. As it is on a cliff side, I think most rooms are terraced and facing the lush green mountain opposite and sea. Cleaners came daily and mini bar was stocked every morning. The areas are well maintained and laid out. Food is really nice. Usual buffet with plenty of choice. Good options for plant based diets and carnivores like myself. Never felt over crowded. We were All Inclusive and that included one A La Carte meal at the Beach Restaurant. Not all guest are all inclusive. That meal at the beach restaurant was superb and the service was fantastic. The waiter was excellent. You can eat there during the as all inclusive during day as an alternative to the buffet which we did a few times and the menu was really good. Overall the food was really good all round. There was another restaurant which is not inclusive. I did not feel the need to go there. It looked very quiet, I did not see many people going there. We went as two couples in our early fifties. With our kids grown up, this was our first adults only. We loved it. So relaxing and quiet. Nice clientele. Mostly older couples our age, some much older people and a few younger people in couples. Mostly English, but other nationalities also. No drunkenness, screaming kids or rowdiness. If y

Wow , What a week away this one was. Absolutely brilliant. All the staff are lovely. Only one was very rude. We did have a slight issue on our first day but the Manageress soon put that right for us. She was very understanding. Lovely location. Quiet area but ideally situated if you want to hire a vehicle to explore. So much to see. Locals are always happy to see you. Lovely ladies at the Beach bar. Nice chap in the beach bar restaurant. The buggy drivers always very pleasant. Guys behind the bar excellent as well as the restaurant. The waitresses work very hard when busy. Food very nice the chefs are helpful. Nice little beach but best to bring some aqua shoes many pebbles. All toiletries provided in room. Room cleaned daily. Bottle of water daily also. Mini bar stocked if all inclusive. Dressing gowns slippers and umbrella in room. Entertainment a little on the dull side except the opera singers they were 5 star. Not normal boring opera neither. The rental guy in the foyer is very nice. Ladies and gentlemen in shop also very nice people. Small bar up the road with local supermarket next door nice little walk out. Overall very well organised hotel. Service seems to be high on the agenda. Even the security on the gate are helpful. TUI has no board up to visually see the activities of the day apparently it’s all on a app. We didn’t find this out until our second to last day and missed out on activities. This should be addressed with immediate effect. ( Cmon TUI not everyone wants their phones with them on holiday ). Wish we were staying for two weeks now. But seriously get out there great places to visit. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.
