'The hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.'

'I would like to say that the hotel itself and all of its fun colors and decorations are 10/10. The staff was decent. Nothing special. The only improvement I can see is their breakfast service. They don’t have free breakfast. You have to order it with someone at the front desk and then wait in the lobby for 15 minutes for someone to bring it to you. It would be nice if they could bring it to your room at least and if they could have other options. The food was tasty though! I also loved the board games, pool table and bar inside the hotel. One last note, they advertised an outdoor fire pit and an indoor one. I asked front desk about it and they agreed but it never turned on during my stay. Ironically they turned them on when I was checking out.'
