아라이야 팔람푸르(Araiya Palampur)

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

The best hospitality that I have even seen in the town itself! The staff is too humble and polite! The one name that I would like to mention is Mr Puneet Kumar! He is one *** army! Just like a Ginny, he appears from anywhere with the best service possible! Puneet is always there, be it anything! Also, the bar guy vipul! He is too good ***! Humble, polite, talented! I had an amazing experience at araiya!

Highly recommend Araiya.. Location is so beautiful, overlooking the mountains.. Service is so apt , they excel in hospitality.. Strange to see some low reviews for this property.. Because the experience I had , the staff was top- notch to deliver it.. Chefs - both Mr. Deepak & Mr. Prabhu gave us best food choices as our preferences for food were so specific being jain.. they were amazing.. Staffs to name a few Arun, Pankaj , Rajat and all others were so polite and humble.. they took care of us very nicely.. Hoping to visit the property soon in winters again..

Not only is this property extremely beautiful , the most priceless thing about this property is the gem of a chef,Deepak. From the khatta mutton (a specialty of Himachali cuisine) to the wadaiyan, everything that he literally touched turned to a gastronomical delight. His attention to detail is unparalleled. The warmth in his cooking and his attitude to the guests is simply outstanding. He renders to this property an air of excellence. Wherever chef deepak is, it becomes a hotel of prime value. Do not miss his signature meals if you’re looking for an inimitable culinary experience.

The properties is good to explore and connecting to nature. All the staff is humble and responsive. food quality is also good. front office staff was very good especially miss Nitika, Vishal ,Shivani, shahshi Kapoor everybody was very good and having excellent service excellent food and breakfast. The most stunning location and views, a beautiful hotel, with great food and drinks. And a local Palampur flutist who serenaded the hotel residents every morning with his mesmerising gentle tunes. Icing on the cake. But the absolute highlight for this hotel is its staff team. Every single staff member we interacted with was attentive, helpful, accommodating. We were there for a family reunion with one nonagenarian, two octogenarians and two septuagenarians and they were so well looked after. There was a well equipped room on the ground floor with ramp and disabled facilities-in-room for use with wheelchair and when some of the family was not able to ***age the steps and slopes to the restaurant the staff kindly set up tables on the lawn. When one of the family was too unwell to make it to the restaurant for dinner, we sent some food to her room. She didn't want to eat, but Amit who took the food to her, did a great job of persuading her to eat! What a lovely young ***. Also special mention to Pankaj who repeatedly went over and above to accommodate and look after us in the restaurant. And lastly Shashi who looked after us impeccably throughout the stay. The whole family was so touched by everyone's kindness. Thank you.
