Estella Khao Yai 후기

평화롭고 조용한 호텔입니다. 주요 도로에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 그리고 Movenpick 호텔과 같은 위치입니다. 저녁 식사 음식이 너무 맛있고 칵테일이 맛있습니다(해변, 마이타이, 싱가포르에서 ***). 하지만 칫솔은 제공되지 않아서 요청해야 합니다. 호텔에 돈을 잘 썼습니다.

새 방은 넓고 유일한 단점은 냉장고가 있는 방을 얻는다는 것입니다. 전혀 감기가 없었습니다. 직원분께 그냥 웃어보라고 했더니 그러나 가격에 따르면 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.

객실, 위치, 전망이 매우 아름답습니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 좋습니다.

Money for value hotel.  We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.   The service staff are very nice  The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.  Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel Alone.   The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast  restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C.  This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .

New hotel which shared area with the Movenpick hotel. You can go to Movenpick area and landscape by walk or service golf car.

location is very good and love the environment but our bathroom has hot water supply issues and they are unable to fix it so they upgrade us to a suite room on the other block. Front office manager offer us a dinner at the hotel for service recovery.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were quite clean and big. Our rooms were facing a lake so there were mosquitoes and flying insects which are a good source for lizards. At night the lizards made loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, everything else is good. Weather is cooling in the morning. Air is fresh. Breakfast has a good variety of options from Chinese to Western. It may be a good idea to book a private transport here as it is not near to the main attractions. This hotel shared the same compound as Movenpick so we can take the buggy to tour the area and take beautiful pictures.

I never stay there. Because I book wrong date. I asking for refund because I already book other day already. I won’t recommend to stay there.

Very good and quiet hotel. Love the setting and background. Very scenic.
