Just the perfect place to stay. Location just a few minutes from the beach, play area and pier. 5 mins from bus and train station. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast choice amazing. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would be my first choice to stay again. We could see the steam train from our window too!

Lesley and Ian were very friendly and knowledgeable of what was going on locally. Our breakfast was very nice and the service was good. Our rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. This is our third or fourth stay and we would have no hesitation in returning or recomending the Ashleigh

Great location. Lovely friendly B&B with a fabulous breakfast. Room small but adequate. Everything you need, you even have Alexa in your room. Lovely soft white towels. Very friendly couple. Would definitely go there again and recommend them. Thanks for a lovely stay Ian & Lesley. 👍

The Ashleigh is in a good position within easy waliking distance of beach, town and public transport. The room was lovely with views over the rugby field so very quiet. There was plenty of storage space and a plentiful supply of coffee, tea and biscuits replenished daily. It was good to have large containers of shampoo, shower gel and handwash. Lovely modern walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were freshly cooked to order and were delicious. We made use of the large comfortable guest lounge which had lots of games available. There was a large supply of books for guests to borrow. The hosts were friendly and willing to help in any way. We would recommend this accommodation.

Lesley and Ian were great hosts, and could not do enough for us all. They were considerate and helpful, and really worked hard to give us all an enjoyable stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms well stocked and had everything we needed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Paignton, and our stay at the Ashleigh.

Awful. Very false couple and Lesley's appearance is not very nice, always looked tired. Room was ok but very small. Breakfast lovely but don't hint you want to buy the home made jam because if you don't Lesley goes in the kitchen not happy. Paid. £50 deposit to come back in October. Got NO reciept and now refusing to refund us as we didn't adhere to their T&C's which we never saw. So £50 from two NHS workers for doing nothing, they're obviously desperate for income. Oh and one more thing peeps 2 pints of Heineken and a lager shandy.... £12! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!

Beautiful hotel! Ian and Leslie the owners are so lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast was beautiful and a really good selection! We will definitely return and recommend 100%!

A great day, we couldn’t ask for more. The owners were welcoming and warm, they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable, appreciated all the tea and coffee and I’m a bit of an addict but never ran out! B&B is in a convenient location, walkable and ideal bass for going further out of Paignton. We’ll be back!

A warm welcome awaits you! Spotless, homely, attention to detail, so many little things Ian & Leslie provide and do for you and, yes an old saying, nothing is too much trouble for your hosts. Our room was so amazing! Had so much more than an average guest house bedroom. I've stayed in hotels and guest houses, up until Covid 2020, as a Key Account Manager I can say to you all, this is the best bed I have ever slept in nor can I recall a better experience. Before I forget (You couldn't!) The breakfast experience is just that, a tasty, fresh experience. We came to make some memories as a couple, staying here with Ian & Leslie is one we definitely took away. How much did we like it? We booked another two night stay in October to spend our wedding anniversary here 5*****
