Property is so costly with the comparison of other hotels. No service is there and rooms condition is very bad

The rooms were not clean at all. The mattress had a huge layers of dust on it. Blankets were not washed as well. The room floor was full of dust and no one had even bothered to mop the floor. Toilets were unclean and the list just goes on. Not worth the money i paid. The staff is decent enough and will assist you with everything possible.

The hotel is well placed, away from the hustle-bustle of the bazaar. It's calm and the rooms are maintained fairly well. The room that we got was quite spacious. The restaurant served very good food and the variety was also impressive. The staff were quick and responsive (though they expect a tip). My recommendation would be to ask for a room on the higher floors. We got a room on the ground floor and so there was no great view. Also, our room was adjacent to their kitchen and so we had to deal with lot of noise from the kitchen. The hotel helped us get union cabs for local sightseeing and you can hire pony right at the entrance of the hotel.

Hi All , I've recently booked this hotel and the experience is too bad . 1- No water heater on in night. 2- Kitchen is very pathetic people don't know how to cook and 90% items not available . 3- No room is well maintained.

This hotel is not upon the expectations for those who are spending good amount and SOTC Company provided us this hotel when we went to Pahalgam.We had a bad experience and I was told by SOTC people that accommodation will be very good.

No 24hours heating. There is no heating from 23:00 to 06:00am in Pahalgam, which is surrounded by snow mountains and temperatures being in Minus (-4 to -10) this is inhumane and has a serious effect on ones health. It was so cold that I wokeup shivering, upon calling reception they gave us a small room heater saying that they won't turn on central heating as they have to turn on hot water boilers soon. Also advised us to wrap ourselves in blankets. This is beyond pathetic Service. Kindly do yourself a favour and do not book here.

Centrally located! Helpful staff and everything you need is available! Rooms are clean and tidy,All Equipments installed to keep you warm and cozy! Food is good and variety available ! Breakfast is nice. Definitely recommended as close to Betaab valley and *** valley ! Thank you everyone at Paradise Inn for making our stay so so comfortable! Will surely visit again!

One of the best value for money hotel in the area with spacious room, heating mattress, hot water and good buffet breakfast. The staff was well trained and polite, would like to give a shout out Nazir managing the restaurant for attending to everyone's request. House keeping was very helpful too. They accepted cards, cash and Google pay and gave proper bills.

This hotel would have been god once upon a time, but off late it is not fit for tourists, due to its poor maintenance. Guest service is good and breakfast though has limited options but good. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. This property should be avoided till it is completely renovated.
