Great Location, friendly staff, great service. Food is excellent curated by Jagan Singh. The location is very close to the main town and one of the few excellent properties in town. The GM Mr. Farooq and team is building a culture of hospitality, well done ITC group, reminded me of the Oberoi service.

Quality of food was excellent …….. Heaters were working very well Bed pillows were comfortable ………. The view was beautiful. …….. Overall stay was pleasant and satisfactory ….. More than expectations……. If back in Pahalgam will surely make our stay here
