The entire stay at the hotel has been most excellent, the staff very friendly and always willing to accomodate you and listen to your requests, such as bringing you a cup to go for coffee or adjusting your culinary preferences.

Come to Welcome in Paderborn if you really want to feel what welcome means. What more to expect and not to have it here... From reception you feel that you will be a special guest...but wait, like this are all, the rooms - are just perfect to feel the warm (not only from the sun or conditioner😉), the restaurant - just ask where is Bruno, and after meeting him, you will feel what really means to be spoiled... So if you really want to be welcome, come to Welcome and meet Bruno🥰

Stayed for 3 weeks on a business trip, the hotel was really nice, rooms were clean and the restaurant was amazing. The employees are well trained and they do their job perfectly but the one person that stood out for me was Bruno, an amazing employee and a wonderful person, really enjoyed talking with him in the evening. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

I was very disappointed with a hotel that I’ve used many times previously. The room smelt of cigarette smoke (non smoking room), sexual lubricant found in a cupboard, batteries eroded in the remote, and to top it all a Chris**as party on our last night, which kept us awake before our drive back to England. When I mentioned the smell of the room I was offered drinks tokens for the bar which buy you either larger or soft drinks. The staff didn’t seem too surprised with the lubricant or remote control. Quite frankly it’s the type of service I’d expect from the Hotel Ibis around the corner. Considered how much a room costs per night id expect a much better service. Not sure how this hotel has a four star rating. I most certainly will not to using this hotel for future visits to Paderborn.

I cannot rate this hotel more highly. If you don't mind the slightly out-of-the-way location, the rooms are spotless and the service was really above and beyond. When I got sick during my stay, the late-night concierge was kind enough to bring me chocolate and tea from the already-closed restaurant. Whenever I needed to print something, call a taxi, store something in the refrigerator downstairs, order room service (my meal came up in 15 minutes!), staff were always prompt, friendly, and reliable. Five stars, without a doubt.

A really nice hotel with quiet rooms. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located in walking distance from the city center and several parks.

Der Service ist extrem freundlich und entgegenkommend.. Alles ist sehr sauber und angenehm, hell und modern. Das Essen ist köstlich und der Andrang am Buffet gut organisiert. Das Personal hat sämtliche Fragen hilfsbereit und aufmerksam beantwortet
