Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the house, you may smoke in designated smoking areas in the backyard of the house, but not in the side yard. - Report any damage to us immediately. so We can arrange for its replacement or repairs. - Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay. - Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout.
