Hôtel idéalement situé sur Istron Bay, tout proche de Voulisma beach, Agios Nikolaos, Eloundao ou encore Ierapetra pour atteindre par bateau Chrissi Island. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine entière dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur la Istron Bay ! Une vue magnifique ! L'accueil a été remarquable digne d'un 5 étoiles ! 🙏🙏 Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel nous a organisé un dîner sur la baie pour une grande occasion, ce fut MAGNIFIQUE ! 🙏😁MERCI à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil, votre générosité et votre bienveillance... Nous y retournerons sûrement !!

Magnifique hôtel ancien sur istron bay fabuleux

Ça aurait pu être super... À chaque fois, il manque un petit truc pour que ça soit bien... Les lits sont grands mais inconfortables. Y a du WiFi mais ça porte pas. La plage est jolie mais sale. La salle de bain est microscopique obligé de s'asseoir en biais sur les toilettes dont la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne vraiment pas :juste un filet d'eau qui descend et ne remplit pas sa fonction.... Obligé d'aller aux toilettes communes et pas toujours nickel... Bref, sympa mais ça aurait pu être super. Heureusement, le personnel est vraiment gentil, ça a sauvé les meubles

The hotel is set amongst some sunning scenery. It looks out across the bay with stunning sea views. The staff work really hard to keep it clean and in good condition but I feel some areas could do with a bit of TLC. Some of the rooms look really tired and old. The restaurant for breakfast and buffet dinner is bright and airy looking out over the bay. The first night we had dinner in the restaurant by the beach and this was a complete disaster. No one had warned them that we would be coming, a group of 19, and they could not cope with that number of people ordering at the same time and it took forever! We assumed that reception would have warned them that a large group of people had booked in together so likely would want to dine together. The food wasn’t very good with people in the group moaning that the chicken was not very nice and tasted like it had been boiled. The following night the buffet was open and this was much better quality food with a good selection. The pool area was nice and clean and had plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar wasn’t opened until later in the week and if you want snacks or ice-cream you have to walk down to the beach bar. We had come to attend our son’s wedding on the private beach and this was fantastic. The food was great and the staff went above and beyond ensuring we had a good time. The Hotel isn’t child friendly, no entertainment for the children and lots of steps. The hotel has a children’s play area in the main restaurant but the staff and other guest didn’t like it when the young children started playing and making noise. If you don’t want children to play then take the play area away! If you’re a couple wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday then this hotel would be good but for a family I would recommend going somewhere closer to Agios Nikolaos. I would highly recommend hiring a car if you stay here as there is not much within walking distance although there is a bus stop outside the hotel. The transfer time from the airport was 45 minutes in a private minibus. Two of the staff stood out and made the holiday for us and that was Angelo in the main Bar and John in the beach bar, fantastic barmen. John always took the time to talk even when he was off duty. They both deserve a pay rise!

Lovely staff, the waiters have been extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms are old fashioned but very well kept, the view is awesome. Great private beach with crystalline water. Yannis, the bartender at the beach restaurant is great, always on top of everything and to top it all off, his signature cocktails are amazing. Will definitely come back next summer

The location of the hotel is outstanding. The access to a private beach is so special. However the rooms are tired & the pool smelt very odd. The staff are fantastic & really helped us when my husband fell ill.

Nice expirence staying in this hotel. Hotel is well organized and rooms are daily cleaned. All members of the staff are extremy kind. Amazing sea view from the room. Breakfast with good variety of food. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice beach and pool with enough sun beds and umbrellas. Hotel is not new but well maintained. A**osphere in hotel is relaxed and peacefull without noise. Recomendation!

Beautiful view and clean beach, but the hotel building was outdated. The air conditioner dripped all night, and the noise from the neighbouring room via internal door was unbearable. It ruined my sleep quality.

Location super!!! Room old style, clean, has everything what you need, nice terace and super view. Food- comme ci comme ca, to the end we found always something. SPA- massage SPA- Amalia & Manolis 💗 They are super and act exactly as per your requests! Date of stay: August 2023
