It was marvelous holidays. Everything was great - beautiful location, delicious food, attentive staff. All is under management's control. Rooms are contained all what the guests needs. Original alcohol, tasty cocktails, exactly Vann Gogh.

Food excellent. Fresh, decent variety. Staff. Generally a good experience. Layout excellent. The proximity to private beach and main pool was great and we were always able to get subbed. It was a quiet area and entertainment noise was not on too late. Pretty good transfer time to Izmir airport (45-50 mins) There is an app with all info you need. (See below) Good playground at kids club and there are water slide (we don’t use them) The sea is great. Not much of a tide and the shallow goes on for ages so I felt it was safe for my child. The water was clear. Negatives. More clarity around what is vegetarian by the food without me having to declare I am a vegetarian would be appreciated. The app is a bit hard to navigate. It took me awhile to work out how to order a drink and the headings are not helpful when you are trying to find simple information. Kids club. Was pretty big and they do organised activities but if kids just wanna hang out it’s not good. There isn’t much ‘stuff’ there to play with and the stuff they do have was stored on high shelves so kids can’t help themselves to games, toys, colouring etc. I also dropped my 6 year old off and went back to check on him 15 minutes later. He hadn’t wanted to do the activity and was wondering around the playground by himself. I went in and took him out and nobody stopped me or questioned if I were his mother so anyone could have taken him. (I did sign him out of the book but nobody checked me). I didn’t take him back again.

Amazing hotel ! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, amazing food and facilities. Super friendly staff especially Omer one of the gentleman who work on the main bar, super friendly and funny. And can make you any drink you want too !

We spent at week here as a family with 2 children. It was absolutely wonderful and we were so sad to leave. The staff were so friendly, and it felt genuine, not forced. The other guests were also lovely too, the place it had such a great vibe. First visit to Turkey, and this hotel definitely set the bar. We never struggled for find a sun bed, and the kids loved the slides. Despite it being the summer holidays it never felt crowded, was truly peaceful. I’m still dreaming about all the tasty food I ate, the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Ali in the main restaurant was so great with the kids, we always tried to sit in his area. Loved the baby station and the lady there (Evrim) was such a sweetheart. The tall guy who did the omelettes was absolutely hilarious. Favourite al a carte was Boa, it was great for lunch too, and perfect as it was next to the dessert spot. Room was clean, and our lady Mirgul always stopped to greet the kids as we walked by. We are counting the days until we return.

We are currently staying in the hotel and have just had a meal in Buono Italiano restaurant. Our waiter Yasin was amazing, very professional and kind, the food was amazing too, would highly recommend eating here! Great service from Yasin!!

it was a great overall experience. location, facilities, staff and service is perfect especially Dogus from reception and Rahsan from Yuvi was exceptional. we also had excellent service feom main restaurant. as a family we appreciate the attentiveness of the staff to the cats as well. it is one of the main reasons we were back for the third time and we’ll certainly be back for many more.

I have holidayed in many countries around the world and received service from many waiters, but Kesre by mehmut was the best among them, he is truly an excellent and professional person, he took care of us by speaking in our own language throughout our holiday, we were very happy to find someone who speaks German at the hotel and we spent a long time on the +18 beach . everything was perfect.

The service was next level, everyone was super respectful and it truly made me feel at home. There is so many places you can eat at, so many different ice cream areas and would 100% recommend to anyone who loves a great experience. Based off of this stay I will be coming back!

This place is amazing! It is our first time here and our expectations are overmet! The beach is clean and the food is local and exceptional! We also wanted to say thank you to the whole Kesre Bay Team (particularly Orcun, Kubra, Mert, Ayberk) for making our stay unforgettable. We will come back :)
