호텔 그란 레헨테(Hotel Gran Regente)

Muy bien situado, en centro de Oviedo, atención genial, el personal de recepción es encantador/a, la habitación está bien, es acojedora y espaciosa por lo menos la que me toco, se nota en el baño el paso de los años y la limpieza esta bien en general.

When the real luxury is the simplicity, local spirit and good service, nothing else matters. This four star hotel is a classic hotel in Oviedo. We are clients since many years ago and everytime we take a tour to that city we always choose it. The hotel is placed a few meters away from the gorgeous gothic Cathedral and the pedestrian city center, so the place cannot be better located. Quality price relation is excellent, staff is friendly and beds are comfortable and full of plugs to charge phones and computers. Choice for Breakfast is good and with a domestic flavour. We will keep on returning to this hotel.

Upon arrival to our room, we noticed it was stuffy and proceeded to adjust the temperature only to find that the AC to all rooms was not turned on "because it was not summer" according to the front desk clerk. We expressed our concern to the booking agent who immediately contacted the hotel with no response. On day 2, we stopped at the front desk again and were told to just open our window which we tried the night before resulting in loud street and pedestrian noise throughout the night. We asked for a fan and were told there were none. Again we contacted our booking agent after a sleepless night and again the hotel did not respond. on Day 2 we returned to the room to find the air on but at 10pm, the air was no longer active and the front desk indicated the air was automatically turned off at 10PM and he had no access to turn it on. The outside temperature had reached record highs in the 90's and we had another sleepless night. On day 3, we asked why the air was programmed to turn off at night and were told, "that is how we do it here"!! The AC was programmed by management and we asked to speak to the manager and were told she would call us. We never received a call and acknowledgment during our stay. Day 3 and 4 the AC was programmed to run from 5P to 12MN. We checked out on Day 5 with no apologies or accommodation to our final bill.

Great location at a great price!

Everything was pretty good the only exception being the air conditioning in my room which wasn't as cool as I would have liked as the weather was quite warm. I think it probably needs updating.

The staff is amazing. I am sorry that i forgot to ask the name of this amazing lady helping me making reservation for my stay in Grado. She was there on Monday night Sept 2nd. Without her help, i may not get a place to stay in Grado. Thanks a lot for her help. She goes beyond her duty.

Hemos celebrado nuestra boda y elegimos para alojamiento el Hotel Gran Regente....acierto PLENO. Todos los invitados se hospedaron ahí y no tenemos más que buenas palabras. Sitio con gran nivel de confort. Altísima calidad del sueño por sus cómodas camas y ausencia de ruido. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Vistas a la catedral (como en las fotos). Al lado de TODO andando: catedral a 150m, calle Uria (compras) a 4 min andando, casco antiguo, 250m, calle Gascona, 100m. Parking supercómodo y amplio y accesible para todos ( con ascensor en el parking, había invitados con movilidad reducida). Personal EXCELENTE, gran capital humano, desde Natalia, la directora y todo el personal de recepción, todos muy atentos. Totalmente recomendable!!
