We love it! We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends. Good food, clean room, a good place to relax, and get back to nature and animals.

We experienced a wonderful, relaxing few days at Buffelsdrift. The luxury tent was comfortable and contained everything we needed….with a beautiful view of the dam and surrounding vegetation. An unexpected bonus was occasional visits from resident nyala buck….including a mother and baby…. Our elephant feeding experience was magical too - what a privilege to interact with these magnificent, dignified animals….and their kind, enthusiastic keepers…in fact, all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Food overall was good too….and my ostrich salad was beautifully presented and delicious.

An amazing experience with great activities for honeymooners and couples. Our guide Eddy was absolutely genius and showed such passion for his job. Give that man a Bells! Picture perfect accomodation and the elephants were a blast.

We were on a garden route tour and this was our first overnight stop. This is the most amazing place to stay - top class glamping. Restaurant was fabulous - best ostrich steak ever tasted. Tents were amazing with views of the dam and if ur lucky u may spot some hippos. You wake up hearing all the wildlife in the distance and some close by. Wish we could have stayed here for longer - the whole place was outstanding.

This place is just something special, we always visit Buffelsdrift when in Oudtshoorn and it never fails to disappoint. The staff is always welcoming and the room clean and well looked after. There is so much to do activity wise on the reserve and in surrounding area that you never feel bored. The restaurants food and ambiance is amazing and always a pleasure seeing an old face Xavier welcoming you at the restaurant and just giving 5 star service. There is some upgrades done i see and it suits the place very well and makes for an even better experience overall.

Everything was Perfect!!! It is a unique stay and a once in a lifetime experience. We had a amazing stay.

We slept in the luxury tents which were super comfy with a amazing view. In the night you can hear the hippos and other animals. Linked with the game drives we immersed into the wildlife. The staff and the guides were very kind and very obliging.
