호텔 카람 팰리스(RS Hotel Karam Palace)

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service. Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

Amabilidad y excelente situación, buen desayuno buffet, gran piscina, jardines muy limpios y cuidados, habitaciones amplias y comodidad, aire acondicionado, frigorífico pequeño y tv( solo cánales árabes , parking gratuito en puerta del hotel , perfecto para comer nicer a Quarzazate o una noche camino al desierto o las gargantas

I stayed for three nights at the Karam Palace as part of a motorcycle tour of the Atlas Mountains (with Desert Rats) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean with a ;are ensuite and all the usual accessories including air con (although it wasn't required during this trip). There is a large pool, spa facilities (which ofter require pre-booking), two bars, and dining facilities. The food was all self service and of a varied and good quality. All-in-all a really enjoyable stay and a recommended hotel.

A hotel not worth booking in Food is not up to par Conditioner does not work I recommend staying away from this place The workers are rude They do not greet people with a smile Not a nice place at all Omg

After a couple of bad hotels in Morocco this hotel was clean and comfortable. It had a good ac (not common in other hotels we visited) and the buffet diner was fantastic. One of our best meals in Morocco. Had many options and fantastic flavors. The common areas were nice and inviting for socialization. Enjyed our night after coming back from the dessert.

The greatest advantage of this hotel was the fact that one was only a 15 minute walk away from Ouarzazate's ciry centre. The disadvantage regarding my bedroom was that it had no window at all (a curtain suggested its existance, but once you drew it, it was plain wall). Despite this the hotel was quite nice, with quite a few amenities and the buffet was among the best I came across in this region.

We had no choice as we were stranded between the closed mountain pass and the closed roads due to flooding. So we were lucky to find a room here. It did the job. It was cold as the heat did not really work and they even brought us a portable heater. But still we froze and we are hardy people. We did not eat here as we were out long before breakfast. The beds were clean and the pillows were flat pancakes. But it was clean and they took us in for 50 euros cash. So in that regard we were lucky and thank you. But it would not be my first choice.

I booked and paid two nights. When I arrived they told me they only had one night available for me. They sent me to a hotel 10 min away. However all my friend stayed at the hotel.
